Queen sofa sleeper in living room. Pergo flooring in the living room, tile in kitchen and bath areas, carpeted bedrooms. There are 4 TV’s 4 Flat screens, 4 DVD players, and 1 VCR. The living room Flat Screen is a smart TV you can access HULU, Netflix and can access the internet. A fully equipped kitchen rounds out this lovely condo. Dining area seats 6 with a small breakfast bar.

There is an indoor pool + hot tub, as well as an outdoor pool; 2 charcoal grills; and a small gym.

A blocks South is Barefoot Landing with over 60, specialty shops, beach stores, restaurants and attractions for the whole family to enjoy. Stroll thru this beautifully landscaped complex, and shop for jewelry, clothing, accessories, lots of beach items, and don't miss the black market mineral shoppe, specializing in real gemstone jewels, and inexpensive rocks and collectible stones.

Alligator Adventure will thrill kids of all ages, with alligator feeding times, hands on reptile shows, and 11 acres of wildlife viewing. ( your 2nd day is FREE)

The Alabama Theater offers live theater productions every day of the week (in season), with talent nothing short of Broadway! The Carolina Opry, and Pirates Voyage, also has great family oriented dinner shows.

A short 20 minute drive to Myrtle Beach offers Broadway at the Beach, our answer to a Boardwalk. This huge area offers places to shop, eat, celebrate & play.Shop till you drop or just enjoy the rides and attractions in this huge area, devoted to fun. There are over 35 great restaurants including: , Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Johnny Rockets, Key West Grill, King Kong Sushi, Landry's Seafood, and Joe's Crab Shack. Don't miss the fun at CROCODILE ROCKS!!!

A few additional attractions are Ripleys' Aquarium, Dragon’s Lair mini golf, Nascar Speed Track, Magi-Quest, Wonder Works (upside-down house hands on science museum). The night comes alive at Celebrity Square with dance clubs, such as Froggy Bottoms & Club Boca, revolutions, Fat Tuesday, and the dueling piano sounds at Crocodile Rocks.

A new attraction in Myrtle Beach is the Sky Wheel, a 200' high view of the beach, in a totally enclosed, air conditioned, Ferris wheel car. A recent addition is also a boardwalk area, with some gift shops, arcades and attractions and the old Pavilion area.

The WaterPointe II complex does offer a perfect location in the heart of Windy Hill beach so that anything you dream up for vacation is within just a few minutes drive. There is the BareFoot Landing center, only blocks away, with many new waterfront restaurants and lots of adventure venues for the kids.   The sunrises were incredible! We watched them each morning from the private balcony while sipping our coffee. Afterwards, we went to the first floor for a swim in the indoor heated pool. It was a wonderful way to start our day!
  
  This condo was impeccably clean. The linens were fresh and plentiful and the master bedroom with its direct ocean view was beautiful.
  
  The kitchen was well outfitted with everything we needed for our getaway. We enjoyed the smart TV in the living room and were grateful for the selection of books and board games for the one day of rain and grey skies.
  
  We are looking forward to coming back again very soon!

  Mr & Mrs Gladfelter,
  It was my pleasure to have been able to stay at Waterpoint #304. I came with my family for a summer getaway. The unit was beautifully decorated but yet simple and accommodating. I loved that fact that it was a direct ocean view unit. Loved that i could get up in the morning and simply walk down to the beach and view the sunrise and breathe in the fresh saltwater air. I wanted to be a beach bum and just relax from my normally busy lifestyle and i got exactly that experience. It was also nice to have a place that had conveniences of restaurants, groceries and shopping nearby as well. :) On the negative side, there was one night where my sister had an encounter with a roach in her bedroom and luckily we had some roach spray and never saw another for the rest of our stay. The remote was missing from the master bedroom and the cable didn't automatically come on for three of the TVs. The management company did send someone out quickly to handle the situation but i did have to eventually get involved and be on the phone with the cable company to troubleshoot the problem which was resolved after about 20 - 30 minutes. One of the spatulas was dirty and the only whisk was rusted and had some dried food on it. i washed the spatula but couldn't use the rusted whisk. Left the gift of a new whisk for you. ;) Overall the management company was very personable and professional in my dealing with them. I enjoyed my vacation and look forward to returning next year to create more beautiful memories.

  Everything was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained and bright. Loved spending time out on the balcony sitting in those raised Adarondak chairs watching the beautiful sunrises, seagulls, pelicans, etc. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were fantastic! Customer service was excellent. We called them once and the issue was rectified the same day. There are plenty of attractions, restaurants ie. Wild Wing Cafe, Hamburger Joe's, shopping and other activities close by. We have stayed at many other places in Myrtle Beach over the years but Waterpointe II was the best. Would definitely recommend it. Thank you to the owner / manager for a great stay.
