This is an upscale, luxury 3rd floor condo in the prestigious Edgewater section of Barefoot Resort. This gated community has secured coded building access. The decorate interior hallway, right off the elevator will lead you right to your door. It is a private resort with its own clubhouse, gym and pool right on the Intracoastal Waterway. The clubhouse has a full kitchen, outdoor gas grills, a covered pavilion and plenty of seating, for a summer cook-out.

The condo is decorated in Earthy colors like Terracotta and green, with beautiful accent pieces throughout, offering a sophisticated tropical flair. Outdoor living includes a nicely furnished, screened in porch.

MASTER Bedroom 1: The first master suite features 1 King bed, beautiful furniture, flat screen TV, and a full private bath. There is a jetted whirlpool tub, separate shower and double sinks.

MASTER Bedroom 2: This suite has 1 King bed, is fully furnished, flat screen TV, and a full master bath with jetted tub, shower and double sinks.

GUEST ROOM 1: has 1 Queen Bed, fully furnished and flat screen TV

GUEST ROOM 2: Has 2 twin beds. The Queen and Twin bedrooms share the main bath.

This eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with abundant dishware, pots & pans, stemware, and bake ware for cooking and dining in.

The living room has a sofa, 2 chairs and a leather recliner. A 42' flat screen TV has been added with DVD player.

  This vacation property was beautiful, clean and well maintained. It was also close to everything which made it easy for the members of our group to do their own thing. However, in the rental listing it was never mentioned that this property (whole building) was going to be undergoing major construction on the outside during our stay. The workers began work every day except the weekends by 7:15 AM and they were LOUD! I'm talking drilling into the concrete right outside our rooms and clanging the metal scaffolding this early. The other property owners told us that this work had been scheduled for a while and we should have been made aware of it. We weren't and it had an effect on our ability to relax and enjoy our vacation.

We are sorry to hear that your were not able to enjoy your stay do to the improvement project to the property. We were not aware of the extent until you informed us and we contacted the HOA, the HOA is still not able to give details, only that it is an on going project.   This space was plenty big enough for 4 adults, 4 teens and 2 kids. The large entry way was nice for gathering our beach stuff. The fact that it had 2 master suits worked well for our 2 families. The property was clean and a 3 minute walk to one of the pools. If you plan to grill, you'll need to go to the pool, but since it is very close it isn't too inconvenient. We ended up grilling two nights while the kids played in the pool.
  There were plenty of towels for the 10 of us and having the washer and drying inside the unit was very helpful! One downside was that they only provided one dish rag and one drying towel. Many of the main Myrtle attractions were about 30 minutes away, but an upside is that it was nice and quiet.

The Edgewater community in BareFoot is lovely and you are so right about the peace and quite of staying in the North Myrtle Beach area. The Edgewater is probably one of the prettiest, private pool and clubhouse settings in the the entire area; so glad you could enjoy a few nights of outdoor grilling.   Everything about our stay was 1st class. The condo was beautiful and clean. The area was quiet and the few people we did run into were polite and friendly. The pool area was never crowded.
  Lastly, the staff at Owner's Direct were very accommodating and always friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

  We really enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of space for our family of 7. The condo was beautifully furnished and for the most part, the kitchen had everything we needed. The flatware drawer needs some replenishment and utensils for cooking could be replaced with something of better quality/versatility. But other than that, we had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the Edgewater pool along the waterway so much, we didn't have to drive to the big pool at the North Tower. The screened in balcony was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee and a drink in the evening. We sat out there several times playing board games. Distance to the beach was about 3 miles, but a quick trip with easy public access. We did not take the shuttle that was available to us, but drove ourselves. Everything you could possibly need or want to do is close by. The guys played golf twice and loved the course at Legends. $44 for a round of golf with a brekfast buffet AND lunch included in the price! This gated community was nice and quiet and a perfect getaway from the crowds after a day on the beach or shopping!

  The condo was excellent, we had 9 people staying in it and it worked perfectly. The pool was a 2 minute walk and the beach was a 10 minute car ride. The condo itself was absolutely wonderful.
