We loved the Condo and the amazing beach view. It was a great vacation. The only complaint would be that the only TV that had HBO and Showtime was the one in the living room. None of the 4 Bedrooms had it.

Great place for a large family vacation. Lots of ammenties including games, sunblock, sunvisors, numerous dishes and cooking utensils. Large parking garage, always found a parking space. Like that parking garage was on the first 4 floors and did not have to walk across the street. Only issue, 2 of the 4 bedrooms did not have the remotes for the tv. That created a problem when the babies were napping and the older kids wanted to watch tv.( I requested more remotes two different times, but hopefully was pull in the rooms for the next people. Yes, I would stay there again if we ever take another family vacation.

It's not an item that we generally have to inventory but things do disappear during the height of summer season and we try to keep extra stock to offer loaners. We loved the property, it was even better than advertised. We feel that the housekeeping and minor maintenance crews could definitely step up their game though. The place was in dire need of simple routine cleaning;1/4 inch of dust on fans, under furniture. Our feet were black within minutes, we cleaned what we wanted and accepted the rest, this did not change our opinion of the stay, just want the owners to know that they may be paying for a service and not getting it. Beds were nice, the kitchen was very well equipped, location was great, and the balcony overlooked the most beautiful view of the beach. There was plenty of beach chairs, toys etc.. everyone was more than happy with everything. Thank you for the use of your place, we will definitely recommend it.

My wife and I came to the beach with both of our sons and their families. My wife is battling stage 4 cancer, so we weren't sure how this would all work out. The place was perfect and just the right size for all 9 of us. We loved it, and had a great week. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the scriptures placed throughout the condo. It was like home in that way. It was a perfect stay, God is good!

We had 8 people stay here very comfortably and we never felt cramped for space. The location is great and very easy access to the beach and pool. We really enjoyed cooling off in the pool and appreciated the security asking kids who weren’t staying at the complex to leave. It was very easy to come in and out if the garage and the grounds were very well maintained.
We found that the condo could have been cleaner. We swept a lot of sand up when we checked in. When the sliding glass door became impossible to open/close, someone came right over to fix it quickly and was very friendly and nice. We would recommend this unit to others and would even stay here again.

Unfortunately, we were able to determine that some mysterious settings had been placed on the HVAC digital thermostat and this seemed to cause a lot of ups and downs in the temperature for you. The rental company was very helpful, pleasant, and efficient. I appreciated everything about them. The unit itself was amazing! The location was perfect for us, and the pools definitely got their use - a bonus is the indoor pool due to bad weather one day of our visit. Two things to mention: the water took a long time to heat up - and the water pressure in the shower was low. Also, the dryer took a long time to dry clothes. Other than those few items, the place was outstanding!

We really enjoyed staying at South Shore Villa 701. It was our grand-daughters first time away from home. Many firsts, many happy memories. The view was wonderful from the balcony along with nice breezes. The pools and jacuzzi were just what we wanted. Security was provided during the last part of the week in the parking garage, due to motorcycle traffic.That was a nice plus. Love the ceiling fans. Plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of kitchen ware, towels, bedding, etc. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The Condo was exactly as advertised and very neat and clean. Also very well stocked for just about any circumstance. Wonderful pool and beach made for a perfect place for our family vacation. Indoor parking was another plus. Great stay!

Overall very nice place. The only problem that was noticed was that the bottoms of our feet turned black pretty quickly when walking around barefoot in the place. Seems like a better approach to cleaning the floors is needed. Other than that-very nice!

The rental unit was very nice and was well stocked with everything one might need in the kitchen. The balcony was a nice view on the corner. The only difficulty was checking out before the office was open and there was not clear instructions on where to leave the keys. It all worked out and the managers were very helpful when we called.

We had an a wonderful time at South Shores Villas 701. We have stayed at many VRBO condo's and houses and I must say this is the best! The location is ideal if you want to be away from the crowded strip on Myrtle Beach. There wasn't a lot of traffic. There was no noise from vehicles or crowds even during the day. You are still a 10-15 drive from all the main attractions in the area. The view of the ocean is spectacular! There are floor to ceiling windows in the living area and master bedroom. My mom is on oxygen and isn't able to go out on the beach. She spent a lot of time on the balcony where she could watch the kids play. The furniture was upscale and very comfortable. The condo had almost every amenity you could ask for except a hair dryer. It wasn't that big of a deal as I had brought my own but that is literally the only thing that was missing! There was even spices in the cabinet! There is a security guard on property at all times and he was very helpful with any questions we had. My only recommendation for improvement would be an upgrade of the bedroom TV's in the Master bedroom and street side bedroom. Other than the bedroom TV's the amenities are above and beyond.

The only complaint that I have is the cleanliness of the condo. It needed a deep cleaning. The picture frames and ceiling fans were covered in dust. I had to clean the ceiling fans in the bedrooms before we could use them. The master bathtub also needed to be cleaned before use. I understand a deep cleaning cannot be done on a weekly basis but maybe biweekly or once monthly?

The overall condition of the condo is excellent. I will definitely like to stay in this condo on my next visit to North Myrtle Beach.

We had 2 families, with 11 people staying in 701. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. It had everything we needed and plenty of room. We loved how close it was to the beach and spent a lot of time on the balcony. Covered parking was great also.

This was our first family vacation since 2012 with our 2 daughters ,their husbands a 7 year old and a 2 year old. We rented a 4 bdrm., 3 bath condo which was perfect. It had a b eautiful beach view and access. The adults loved the beach but the boys loved the pool. The location of the property was close to many restaurants and shopping. I cannot say enough good things about this vacation. I would definitely stay there again. The property management was very professional and answered all questions in a timely manner.

It's the perfect end unit with views for miles so hope the beach fireworks were extra special this year. The South Shore Villas complex is a top notch winner too. Smaller complexes make for a better stay sometimes with a little less crowding around the pools and elevators, not to mention better parking. We really enjoyed our stay. We had two families with seven children ages 4-14 an space was not a problem. Condo is well maintained with everything you'll need for a great vacation. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach, but close enough to get to any of the wonderful attractions. Pools are maintained every morning and beach is very close.
