Enjoy the large Master Bedroom with a luxurious King size bed. Wake up to the peaceful sound of nature. This master is well appointed with a full length dresser and mirror, two night stands with lamps, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. There is a large closet with plenty of storage. The Master Suite also features a large private bathroom with a large shower.
This fantastic condo has two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other has two twins. Both bedrooms have full length dressers, mirror, closets, night stands and lamps.
There is a conveniently located hall bath with a tub/shower combo.
A fully appointed kitchen with full size appliances, well stocked cabinets with everything you will need from your skillets to a crock pot. This kitchen comes complete with a toaster, blender, hand mixer, coffee maker and a keurig.
The spacious living room features new flooring, giving it a clean and open feel, sofa, loveseat and overstuffed recliner. This great space offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather and watch a movie on the flt screen tv or just discuss the events of the day.
Being the ground floor end unit, this condo offers a great screened in furnished patio, just sit back and let the world go by.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: community pool (within walking distance), charcoal grill and small picnic area near the pool. Guest also have use of the main resort pool, and hot tub at North Tower, which is the largest outdoor pool in SC.
Willow Bend is located in Barefoot Resort , in a peaceful community, with shopping, dining, live music venues and childrens' attractions, dozens of mini golf courses, amusement park rides, and lots more to do, within just a short distance away.
BAREFOOT RESORT: Four lush golf courses and beautifully landscaped. There are endless sidewalks through the complex for bike riding and walking. Within the resort is Putter's Pub, a bar & grill, a golf academy, 4 championship golf courses, and another grill by the pool on the Intracoastal Waterway (near the North Tower & BareFoot Marina areas)
ON SITE EATING: Putter's Pub (near the driving range) and BareFoot Landing restaurants
Marina: Jet ski rentals on the Intracoastal Waterway (near the North Tower)
Golf Courses: (4) on site: Fazio, Dye, Love & Norman
The beach is approx. 1.5 miles, you can park at any public access parking space for $2/hour, or ride the FREE BareFoot Shuttle from the condo to the beach, to the North Tower Resort Pool or even to the BareFoot Landing Shopping District, too. No beach badges required. The owner does offer use of some beach and pool items in the storage area but if you need more, then umbrellas and chairs can be rented thru our city beach services (set up and taken down for you daily on the beach) or we can recommend a local service that will bring them to your door and pick them up at departure.
Voted one of the top 3 family destinations in the US, one week will not be enough time to enjoy the greater Myrtle Beach Area.

Very nice and quiet first floor unit. It was clean, but had a lot of dust throughout the unit. We could tell no one had been there in awhile, most likely due to COVID. The only complaint I have is that the master bed was very uncomfortable and really needs to be replaced. Other than that, I would recommend this unit.

Very clean, spacious quiet unit. End unit is great. Lovely lanai overlooks pond. Great time. Very relaxing. Easy check-in / check-out. Will return.

Great place to get a break from the snow and cold with plenty to do for all ages.

This home is beautiful just lije the photos. I have stayed here twice and we love it. Booking again as you read this. The rooms are nice. The view of the lake is awesome. Quite place for family vacation. Pool and grill access a plus. Kid friendly as well.
WOW! Your positive review and the fact that you are already re-booking for 2020 says alot! This owner did some nice improvements to the condo in the fall, so you will be pleasantly surprised when you return this year, too. We stayed in this condo for two months. It’s roomy, decorated nicely, & pretty well stocked. We found the master bed to be lacking. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans, crockpots, etc. The new flooring was easy to keep clean. It’s located in the nicer north end & convenient to a mall, outlet mall, groceries, etc. We moved the furniture to clean underneath as it was dirty when we arrived, but it was basically pretty clean.

This property is a newly constructed condo and a beautiful end unit, on the ground floor (no stairs to climb!). This unit has a view of the lake and fountain from the back of the patio and the community pool is directly behind it, everything you would need. The property was in an awesome location for my family, near restaurants golf and a beautiful Lakeview. It was very clean and welcoming. But most of all the Owner's Office management was so polite and professional. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. My stay was so awesome that I stated an additional day that wasn't planned. I recommend this beautiful property. It's Better in person than the photos.
We certainly appreciate the 5 star review and special accolades for our staff. It is really good to hear when we, at ODVR, get it right for our guests. The condo owner will be especially pleased that you enjoyed their hospitality. The Willow Bend residential section is nested perfectly within the BareFoot Landing Resort, so there is access to golf, shopping, restaurants and endless adult and kids entertainment. The venues at BareFoot Landing have undergone an extensive restoration this season with lots of new names and attractions to enjoy, and of course the beaches are just a 5 minute drive or guests can use the FREE shuttle that runs back and forth to the Windy Hill beach section. The BareFoot Resort location offers families great amenities like access to the salt-water pool, the marina for watersports and also the entire commercial area for shopping, dining, live music venues, and kids' themed amusements. There is truly something for everyone in the family to enjoy. The condo offers a cozy getaway to enjoy home-cooked meals or movie and game night after a long hot day on the beach. There are community grills to do a seafood spread and enjoy the outdoors.
