From this oceanfront end unit you can access the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. Living Room includes sofa (opens to Queen Sleeper) & 3 occasional chairs, flat screen TV, DVD player Enjoy the amazing views from the living room, master bedroom and the 3rd, kids' bedroom, windows. Your reservation will include bed and bath linens, with beds freshly made upon arrival, and departure cleaning.
The kitchen in this gorgeous light-filled unit has been completely modern - everything is new appliances, tile floor, tile back splash, cabinets, quartz counter top, lighting, sink/faucet/disposal and paint. Great care was taken to choose neutral colors and stylish details for the kitchen and fresh look of the rest of the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining in, with seating for 4 at table + 2 stools at the breakfast bar. There are full sized appliances and a washer & dryer in the unit.
The bathrooms in this unit have also been updated with glass shower doors. All new fixtures and hardware complete the look of this fantastic upgrade.
Master Bedroom: Balcony access to enjoy sounds of the ocean and views from the King bed, private updated bathroom, Flat screen TV, DVD player and new mirrored closet doors that open and close with ease.
Bedroom #2: 1 Queen Bed; flat screen TV, DVD player and corner window, mirrored closet doors.
Bedroom #3: Twin beds, flat screen tv, wide double window with ocean views.
Located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach with family communities, local park, natural marsh setting and bicycle friendly neighborhood streets. Enjoy local shopping, dining, and amusements for the kids. Great beaches offer lifeguard stands, rental chairs and umbrellas available on the beach thru NMB city parks services, right in front of the WaterPointe building (in-season). If you don't want to hit the beach, relax in the hot tub, take a dip in the indoor or outdoor pools, or just chill on the expansive sundeck.
Outdoor Amenities: Oceanfront pool and sunning deck; indoor heated pool + hot tub, 2 charcoal grills, gym located on the 2nd floor.

The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover in the Spring of 2019 to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. There are kids attractions and weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. You'll find everything from the best beach wear, shoe shopping, wonderful sweet shops filled with treats, to LIVE alligators & tigers to amaze. Beautiful condo, right on the beach. The unit had everything we needed, and a lot of extras. The building has an indoor and outdoor pool which was perfect depending on the weather. Close to Barefoot Landing. A lot to do in the area, but the beach itself has a very family-friendly feel.

We have stayed at this property for multiple years and love it. While a lot of people think it is too close to the pool, we have never had a problems with noise (especially as the kids sleep at the front of the condo and the master is closer to the pool and there are pool hours). The condo has been updated through the years and has plenty of space. We love that there is an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a hot tub. Fun fact - if anyone gets stung by a jellyfish, just jump in the hot tub until venom has been "heated" out and you are good to go. So nice that it is right by the beach. The deck and hoses have been updated and there is a ramp now which is AMAZING. OVDR is fantastic to deal with...we had light bulbs go out and in under an hour the technician came and changed the bulbs. The maintenance gentlemen are always vacuuming and taking care of property to keep it clean. We will continue to stay here and deal with OVDR in the future. Very close to Barefoot Landing and not too far from outlets and Broadway. Super close to Food Lion and Liquor Store. Lots of restaurants nearby. Also on a low key back road for walking and biking. Great place to stay! :)

This condo is very nice. Upon arrival, everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. I LOVED the showers! We love the Windy Hill area and this place an excellent place to stay!

Cute condo, nicely appointed and decorated - we had everything we needed. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Lots of windows to see the scenery and lots of light. 2nd floor location made it easy (for us) to walk down 1 flight of stairs rather than take the elevator. Property itself is well-maintained, with staff working/cleaning daily. ODVR is great to work with.

WE ENJOY THE NO SNOW ASPECT OF MB. WE DON'T MIND THE COOL WEATHER . THE GOLF IS GOOD AND THE LONG WALKS ON THE BEACH ARE GREAT. WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE CLEANLINESS AT FIRST BUT IT WAS QUICKLY RESOLVED BY ODVR.

Awesome! We have stayed at this location every year (except 2020) for the last 8 years and this year was one of the best. It felt like they put time into making improvements to the property during the pandemic. While I have seen other places deteriorate Waterpointe II improved.

The room was excellent, plenty of room for my husband, me and 3 teenagers. It's right on the beach and that's huge. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet and private. Our stay was terrific and I would highly recommend Waterpointe 2 to anyone.

We were very pleased with this condo for our family vacation. Absolutely beautiful updates and everything we needed during the week. We only had to supply the groceries!

What a great place! The view is incredible, and you couldn't ask for a more comfortable place to relax. The location is great, close to everything you may need, but far enough away from the crowds and hustle to help you relax. The place was spotless, and the amenities were wonderful. All new appliances, and the other amenities, dinnerware, pots, utensils, etc. were a great deal better than all other rentals we have stayed at. The indoor and outdoor pools were great for the kids after they had enough beach.

We always come back to WaterPointe II 201 - it has everything we need and never disappoints. There were 6 of us this visit and there was enough room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the beach and indoor pool, and there were plenty of activities in the unit to keep them occupied during the 1 rainy day. We love being in an end unit - we can watch the sunrise and ocean waves from our 2 balcony doors, or the windows along the side of the unit. ODVR does a great job making sure the unit is clean and our needs are taken care of. We will definitely be back!

Refreshingly clean and efficiently stocked with all the amenities needed for a beach Condo. Great location but not too busy in the area. We loved the quiet atmosphere and beautiful view from the condo. With the condo being on the end, we had a daily view of breathtaking / picturesque sunrise and sunset. Thanks for such a memorable get away. The ODVR staff members were professional, knowledgeable, and ready to assist as needed. So pleased with every aspect of our stay.
