Enjoyed being right on the beach. Spent hours sitting on the balcony watching the waves, the beach, people, and sunrise. Building is older with small bedrooms and bathrooms but otherwise nice.

Immaculate condo, perfect location. Owner Direct even helped me figure out the remotes when I messed something up. They recommended something when in the office and scheduled someone to stop by the next morning if that was needed, but their advice worked! Condo was well appointed. Yes, like others said the bedrooms are small, but here you spend room in the living area and on the gorgeous corner balcony!

Great location for a couple to getaway and enjoy the view. Our visit was winter months and even thought the temperatures didn't cooperate there was abundant sunshine which this unit is setup perfectly to enjoy. The unit and design are older and gently used; this will only effect the most critical traveler. Otherwise, enjoy the space and location!

The condo was nice and clean. The view was fantastic. Cozy is what I would describe it as. If you plan to cook it can get cramped a bit. There is not a lot of space for pantry food. The washer and dryer worked great, the dishwasher, and the bathrooms were pretty spacious for condo this size. The beds however, we're not very comfortable. I did have to purchase a topper since we were staying several nights. I did tell the rental company and they were very nice about it and said they would relay the message to the owner. This may just be me getting older! Everyone's bed preferences are different. We've been to many condos and I can say there was nothing wrong that ever came up other than the beds. If the beds were changed out I would stay here again.

My family really enjoyed staying here. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. There view from the balcony was awesome not too high and not too low.

We had a great time! Condo was just as pictured , cute and clean, small but organized with lots of amenities. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with it’s awesome view. The rocking chairs were very cute, but not very comfortable so we were wishing for better seating for naps lol. We would love to stay there again.

The owner gets many compliments on her rocking chairs -- usually only found at larger rental homes with big porches. We will advise the owner that cushions might be helpful for naps! This was the first time booking with VRBO. It was a really good experience. Easy check in and check out process. The property was very clean. It was a spacious condo for the 3 of us. We loved the corner balcony. Amazing views of the beach all up and down Myrtle Beach. We loved sitting out on the balcony every morning enjoying coffee and every evening with some drinks. It was in such a nice location... relatively quiet, had a bar/restaurant located right next store. It was a 10 minute drive or less to most restaurants. It was just a really nice time. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only negative thing I will say is that only 1 of 2 elevators worked. It did pose a little problem during the busy hours of Saturday and in the afternoon/evenings when everyone is heading in from the beach. Other than that....a great place to vacation!!!��

Access to poo, hot tub and beach, very convenient. Restaraunts and shops short drive. Access to beach chairs and toys would be appreciated.

They are now providing 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an umbrella, 2 boogie boards and some beach toys for their guests. They truly appreciated your feedback and immediately added these items to their rental property. ODVR also strives to go above and beyond for our guests. When you vacation with us in the future, please call us if you find the rental is missing something or there is a maintenance/housekeeping issue. I go twice a year every year and am never disappointed! This is my escape from my everyday life! I have my coffee every morning and look out at the beautiful ocean. The unit is clean and comfortable with all the amenities I need. On nights I don't feel like grilling out I go to one of many great places to eat. A few of my favorites are Molly Darcy's ( right next door), Boardwalk Billies ( great HH deals) and anything at Barefoot Landing! The sunrises and sunsets can be viewed from the balcony and are amazing!

WOW! What more can I say, you have said it all. San-A-Bel #501 is a wonderful, lovely condo. It is an oceanfront corner unit overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony. San-A-Bel has an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, charcoal grill, and a gym and as you said close to everything you could possibly need. We very much enjoyed our condo on the beach. Great location. Easy access (in spite of ongoing road work right in front of the bldg) to indoor parking. Quick elevators. Great pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed use of the grill.
I would say, that while the property is advertised as 'sleeps 6’, our experience was that it was just right for the two of us. Adequately equipped kitchen, if a bit short on cupboard space. All appliances in good working order.
But the absolute best was being able to step out on the clean wide beach and walk for miles enjoying the ocean breeze. While the weather this April was not as warm as we were expecting, we only had rain one day and one night during our stay.

The condo is very well maintained and very comfortable. It is so nice to be able to just walk outside and have the beach right there! Long walks on the beach are a must! I cooked in a lot and grillled. But there are also a lot of great places to go nearby.

MB was cold,, but the view and the unit i rented was great. The service to repair a broken bed was prompt. would love to stay again

My stay at San-A-Bel was incredible! The unit is beautiful, very well kept and in a great location. It is a corner unit that offers privacy and tranquility. The staff was extremely helpful at check in and answered all of my questions. After my 4 night 5 day stay I left extremely relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend a stay here.

It was great! Any time we had a questions or needed local advice, it was prompt and accurate. Loved our view and balcony. Location was great. Close to everything but not covered in it.

We loved the balcony experience. It was wonderful to sit out there first thing in the morning and late at night. Loved the fact it was a few steps from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The location at San-A-Bel puts you in the heart of Crescent Beach, so that everything you might wish to do is a quick 10 minute drive or less. Just next door is a great little beach side bar and grill, an ice cream shop on the corner and a giant tacky beach shop for those important souvenirs. It's a wonderful end unit which makes the views that much more amazing. At night you can see the sky wheel lit up over 30 miles away. The outdoor pool has a nice large sundeck and there is even an indoor pool for a rainy cool day. The location makes this a perfect spot to relax, enjoy happy hour next door at the beachside cafe, or just a quick few minutes drive, to explore all of the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment of BareFoot Landing. So glad to hear you made the most of your beach getaway and we look forward to hearing from you again.

We had a nice time in North Myrtle Beach staying in this unit. It's small, but is functional. We were surprised with the nice beach chairs furnished by the owner, along with a blue tooth speaker to take to the beach. The balcony is awesome and being on the end, we got a lot of natural light into the condo. It would be nice if each room had a ceiling fan like the ocean side bedroom, but the condo stayed cool and comfortable. There wasn't a blender (which would've been nice for a frozen concoction) but otherwise, we had everything we needed.
