The unit was big and spacious. Location was great, views awesome. The unit was a little dated and needs maintenance to go through and check tightness of different things. Some areas were dirty.

The apartment in general has a great set up but the furniture is out dated.. the cable and internet was totally not upto date. There were some items in the closet space that was there for repair that should not have in Guest area.. the likening didn't smell fresh... the patio wasn't clean.. overall the space was prefect...

My family and I went down on Labor Day wknd. It was a relaxing stay. Everything was great! The only down side was the key was a hassle to open the front door. Other than that no major complaints for a holiday weekend it was very peaceful and quiet. Very nice area to take my morning run and just minutes away from all the main attractions eating and shopping. Would definitely recommend the stay and I would stay there again.

The premises were nice. Would of liked the pool to be deeper in spots for the older children as well as adults. ( Was not informed of that prior to making reservations).

How deep (?) is really not a question that has ever come up, but it is the largest salt-water pool in the state of SC. We appreciate that you chose to stay at this great property.

Great condo! Very clean with 4 spacious bedrooms. Great view on the 12th floor. Easy access to local restaurants and shopping including Barefoot Landing. Would definitely stay here again.

It truly is exceptional in every way; from the roomy size, to the high-end furnishings, to the expansive blue views from the private balcony. That is truly the icing on the cake. Working not pleasure. It was very nice. Great views. Clean. There was a shower door problem and ant problem. Both were take care quickly! Only complaint was condition of furniture. Especially in the living room. It is actually frayed in spots and very uncomfortable. I would stay there again! Didn't want to leave!

Ants and mosquitos were a big problem for our area after the hurricane and flood waters. However small, we do not want fixable things to ruin a guest's stay with us. We will certainly advise the owner that some cosmetic improvements might need to be addressed. The North Tower at BareFoot Landing Resort is a premium location for enjoying all things golf, beach and dining. The unit was not very clean. Plastic knife on counter and plate behind sofa. The beds, the toilets, and the refrigerator were clean. I had to wipe everything else down with clorox wipes ( counters, sinks, etc). It didn't look like the vacuum was run either.

We didn't have enough towels for the amount of people in our group. We asked for more but, they never came. One of the children found a used tampon in one of the rooms. Other than that it was ok.

The condo was very nice and spacious and accommodated our large party very well. However, the beds, couches and TV's really need to be updated. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The couches weren't very comfortable either and the tiny box tvs in the rooms really were not useful at all! I feel like a few upgrades in those areas would really make this place amazing! We loved the amenities offered at the north tower and the location was very convenient to everything. Our whole party loved the bathtub and the view was great! Lots of space in the condo and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely visit again.

North Tower #1201 is a very large unit with plenty of space, well stocked kitchen and lets not forget to mention that big Jacuzzi tub in the master.
