First I want to say the girls in the office are AWESOME!I want to thank the owners for letting us reschedule 2 times due to Covid.
The condo was so relaxing, ocean front and made our stay like being at home. I brought my 80 year old mother who stayed in the master bedroom with the bath. She couldn't stop saying how nice it was. She loved the tile in the bathroom and the seat in the shower. My 16 year old twin daughters had a wonderful time. The location was close to everything. We went parasailing, Carolina Opry, the outlets, grocery stores and restaurants. We only went out to dinner one night. I hope to reboot next year and make this a yearly event. Thank you for everything!!

Overall we had a very great vacation! Location of the condo was awesome, right on the beach in North Myrtle and the beach was way less crowded than most. Condo was pretty well maintained. Did see a lot of dirt and sand underneath furniture when you would sit down and some of the furniture seemed to feel damp when you would sit on it. The condo as a whole had a "damp" feeling but was still comfortable. Sliding doors were hard to open, close and lock. The building itself could use some maintenance and updates but was in overall good condition and very quiet. The views were amazing! Very close to Barefoot Landing! Best restaurants to try are Blueberry Grill and Hamburger Joe's. We ate at both of these more than once. Hamburger Joe's is cheap, fast and so good! Native Joes across from Hamburger Joe's is good for ice cream and frappe's too! All of these are within 5 minutes of condo. We didn't much luck finding a good seafood restaurant, we tried a few, which was disappointing, especially for how expensive they were. Very close to Tangier outlets, and within 30 minutes of Broadway at the Beach and Myrtle. We would stay again and recommend to others. Rental company was great to work with.

It was a nice month at the beach with a killer view of the ocean always in the backdrop. The people at Owner Direct and Pinnacle did a great job of responding to any problem we had.

Condo was clean, convenient location, had all the amenities and then some! Very cozy and excellent view of the ocean! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to spend their vacation and I would definitely stay here again!

This condo was clean, tastefully decorated, well maintained and an all around wonderful getaway. The rental company was quick to respond to a concern we had and addressed it immediately. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

The sunrises were incredible! We watched them each morning from the private balcony while sipping our coffee. Afterwards, we went to the first floor for a swim in the indoor heated pool. It was a wonderful way to start our day!

This condo was impeccably clean. The linens were fresh and plentiful and the master bedroom with its direct ocean view was beautiful.

The kitchen was well outfitted with everything we needed for our getaway. We enjoyed the smart TV in the living room and were grateful for the selection of books and board games for the one day of rain and grey skies.

We are looking forward to coming back again very soon!

Great place, great location

Thank you for letting us know that your stay was "great!" It means a lot to us, at ODVR, that we make your vacation a wonderful experience; while our owners provide the best of comfort and amenities within their condos. The WaterPointe II complex does offer a perfect location in the heart of Windy Hill beach so that anything you dream up for vacation is within just a few minutes drive. There is the BareFoot Landing center, only blocks away, with many new waterfront restaurants and lots of adventure venues for the kids. Pefectly located at the best spot on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Super comfortable accommodations overlooking the ocean. Couldn't ask for more!

We have stayed here twice now and absolutely love it. The location is perfect. We love being directly on the beach. When we aren’t enjoying the beach or swimming in the pools, our kids love to pick out a miniature golf place to try. Barefoot Landing is so close and we loved exploring everything it had to offer.

The condo was clean and comfortable—everyone always sleeps well! We visit with our three young children and they love the “fishy room.” The kitchen has everything we could ever need, and then some! We loved all of the small personal touches to make this feel like a home away from our home. We will be back again and again!

The posting for this rental was spot on! Clean, neatly decorated and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed local restaurants like the Flying Fish, Snooky's, 21 Main, The Whole Food Mediterranean Grill and Burg Dog at Holden Beach.Highly recommend location and convenience for shopping and eating. Absolutely love the personnel at ODVR! They are so efficient and provide answers to all your questions with promptness and professionalism that is unexcelled. Tracy is fabulous!! Great location right on the beach! We'll be back!

Everything was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained and bright. Loved spending time out on the balcony sitting in those raised Adarondak chairs watching the beautiful sunrises, seagulls, pelicans, etc. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were fantastic! Customer service was excellent. We called them once and the issue was rectified the same day. There are plenty of attractions, restaurants ie. Wild Wing Cafe, Hamburger Joe's, shopping and other activities close by. We have stayed at many other places in Myrtle Beach over the years but Waterpointe II was the best. Would definitely recommend it. Thank you to the owner / manager for a great stay.

Beautiful Ocean front unit. Love to hear the ocean waves and see the full moon at night over the ocean.

Waterpointe #304 has a beautiful third floor oceanfront balcony. Smart TV in Living Room. Indoor Pool! Updated! New carpeting, kitchen back splash & granite counters. It was my pleasure to have been able to stay at Waterpoint #304. I came with my family for a summer getaway. The unit was beautifully decorated but yet simple and accommodating. I loved that fact that it was a direct ocean view unit. Loved that i could get up in the morning and simply walk down to the beach and view the sunrise and breathe in the fresh saltwater air. I wanted to be a beach bum and just relax from my normally busy lifestyle and i got exactly that experience. It was also nice to have a place that had conveniences of restaurants, groceries and shopping nearby as well. :) On the negative side, there was one night where my sister had an encounter with a roach in her bedroom and luckily we had some roach spray and never saw another for the rest of our stay. The remote was missing from the master bedroom and the cable didn't automatically come on for three of the TVs. The management company did send someone out quickly to handle the situation but i did have to eventually get involved and be on the phone with the cable company to troubleshoot the problem which was resolved after about 20 - 30 minutes. One of the spatulas was dirty and the only whisk was rusted and had some dried food on it. i washed the spatula but couldn't use the rusted whisk. Left the gift of a new whisk for you. ;) Overall the management company was very personable and professional in my dealing with them. I enjoyed my vacation and look forward to returning next year to create more beautiful memories.
