Kitchen and living were upgraded and nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms could use some upgrades especially the carpet and the bathtubs.

We were very disappointed with the unit. The biggest issue was that it was dirty. The shower liners were filthy - covered in mold. Anyone cleaning the bathroom would have to look in the shower/tub to check for towels, soap, etc. If you do that, you see the mold and change the liner for $5.00. There was hair on the bathroom floor. The louvers for the exhaust fan were plugged with dust and dirt. The carafe for the coffee maker hadn't been scrubbed in forever. There was a coating of coffee and oil on it that you could barely see through. I scrubbed the carafe myself. Again, if anyone is paying attention, you scrub the carafe once/month. Stand in the kitchen and look up on the ceiling - there are dust/greaseballs hanging from the popcorn ceiling.
The unit was also dated, which was not as bad as the cleanliness part. It smelled because the carpeting is so old and I'm sure it holds a lot of sand and smells. So I bought candles and air freshener.

We love coming to 604 Seawinds! The views are spectacular and the condo is always clean and wonderfully presented. It is very comfortable to play couch potato inside, lounge on the lanai and take in the beautiful ocean vistas. And of course the beach is magnificent. If weather isn’t conducive there is always the great indoor pool and hot tub! We will be back!!

This condo is located in an area of North Myrtle Beach that is close to Barefoot Landing and just far enough away from the crowded part of the Grand Strand that makes it very attractive to families and seniors. Being right on the beach is great and the views are spectacular, The condo itself is so nice and well appointed that you genuinely feel at home. We love everything here and highly recommend it to everyone!

This is the second time that I have used this rental property. The location is amazing with oceanfront views. It has everything you could need inside to feel like you are at home during your stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at unit #604 Sea winds. Everything was clean and comfortable when we arrived. Great access to the beach and a nice pool the kids enjoyed. Would stay there again.

Million dollar view, good beach access. Teeny parking places. Only one elevator working most of the time (fun on checkout day). Please put a table on deck to utilize gorgeous view. Minimally clean, highspots only. Needs upgrading for the $$.

The property management co. was great Everyone very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Easy access to restaurants, shopping , entertainment and best of all just steps from the ocean. Beds very comfortable, Sheets towels etc furnished were clean Sitting room couches' springs are shot....but who stays inside with the Atlantic just outside????Would love to visit again!!!
