Awesome Location, 3rd bedroom small but great for small children. Loved the view of the Ocean. Not as close to what we have been used to, but drive not too far. Would rent again for sure.

Our vacation rental experience was overall pretty good. The condo was in a peaceful location and not too far from the things we wanted to enjoy. The only complaint we have is the kitchen area could be cleaned a little better. I would still recommend this property to friends and family.

Perfect condo great location and great people to work with

This great condo at WaterPointe II is well cared for personally by the owner. The unit is well stocked, bathrooms are remodeled and the fabulous 6th floor views are complimentary. Overall, it was a great stay. The location is PERFECT. It was right on the beach, and much less crowded than South Myrtle. Hubby and I had a great time with our 3 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. During our 4 day stay, we had a minor issue where the shower handle in the main bathroom broke, and it was taken care of quickly and with zero inconvenience.
The ONLY criticism I have is the complete lack of even basics for the kitchen. No coffee, no flour, not even basic spices (salt and pepper!). I realize it's the guest's responsibility to purchase food, but some basics would have really been appreciated.
Other than that, though--no complaints! The place was clean, close to the beach, and had plenty of room for everyone. Leila from the management company was very nice and professional and a pleasure to deal with.
We had a great time! We highly recommend!

We hope that you noticed the bathrooms in the condo have been newly updated, too. We have vacationed in NMB several summers now. This is one of our favorite locations and have actually stayed in this building 3 times now. The building is getting a bit dated but they do keep it fairly well-maintained. This unit was quite dated and could definitely use some attention and new furnishings as they appear to be the original appliances and furniture. It was adequate but not as nice as other accommodations we have had here. The pool was closed for over 24 hours because the pool rope broke which I believe could have been attended to much quicker. Overall we were not unhappy with our stay as the view and beach were where we spent most of our time. We will probably look to try something different in the future.

The owner will be informed that some things need a little updating. The pool was closed for a brief time during your stay, due to a faulty drain filter, but nothing to do with a rope. Unfortunately, the necessary part was back ordered and the S.C. Dept of Health and Environmental Controls shut down many pools along the strand until the filtration standards were corrected. This is certainly a good measure to ensure that all pools are clean. We hope you will give us another try for your next visit. We have 80+ condos and certainly one of them will be a great fit for you.

The condo was clean and decorated nicely. The starter supplies were not as available as I have usually experienced and the kitchen didn't have much room to store groceries, etc. but the overall trip was awesome!!!

Everything was perfect. Condo was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Unit was clean and ready for us when promised, simple check in and check out process. My family was able to enjoy our vacation hassle free. We will be back again.

Overall it was good place to stay. The rooms were nicely decorated, nice appliances, and well-equipped. Balcony was nice, not the biggest, but a nice oceanfront view. The third bedroom was extremely small. The living room area felt small also. The master bedroom was great with direct access to the oceanfront balcony. the second bedroom was nicely sized, however no view. The pool facilities were nice, but not elaborate like a waterpark atmosphere. The beach was awesome and not overly crowded. The booking staff was helpful. However it was kind of a pain having to go to a different location to pick up and drop off the keys to the condo.

We are glad to hear you enjoyed it. We are sorry to hear that you did not like our check in or out process but over the years we have found it is easier on the guest to not have to try and find the property, try and find a parking space and locate a unit all at the same time as everyone else checking in at a mega multi-unit complex. We are a small office and we like to meet and greet each of our guests that we have been working with over the phone. We aim to provide the personal service touch.

nd the cable service to the living room and master bedroom was very unsatisfactory. The volume adjusted itself up and down while we watched and the picture got dark to black on a regular basis. The two other bedrooms seemed fine. The rooms were rather small and bathrooms are not updated, but none of these size issues were a big issue for us. Overall a pleasant stay on a great beach.
