Very nice condominium. Easy access to the beach. Our kids loved playing in the pool. It was nice having access to their beach chairs, umbrella, toys and all the other beach equipment. Saved room in my car for travel. The condo was very clean. I would recommend this condominium to anyone. My family and I will be back.

Had a great family vacation at this condo in Cherry Grove! Everything we needed for a comfortable vacation was there. The place was clean and we enjoyed the pool and beautiful beaches. We made many wonderful family memories here and can’t wait to go again!

This was our 2nd summer staying in this condo for the week...and we love it! It's clean and neat, has everything we need including all beach items in the storage room, and pool was clean and never crowded. Perfect location...easy quick access to beach across the street. Condo is perfect for us! We feel it is the best kept secret around! Owners are super nice and accommodating! Can't say enough great things about this place! Condo has everything you need! We can't wait until next summer to go again to our favorite relaxing place at the beach! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful place once again!!

Condo was very clean & bright, great location right across from the beach. Large pool and a very large storage room which included beach carts, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, even a refrigerator for your convenience. I would definitely recommend this condo. Flat screen tvs in each room, balcony with beach view.

Thank you for the simple but "perfect" review. The owner of this North Beach Villa offers a clean and well-maintained beach escape. This complex is located in the Cherry Grove beach section, so very residential and family friendly. The location is just across from the beach, so you can enjoy a full day of sand, sun and surf and then walk back for a cool afternoon pool plunge. We are glad that the condo provided you with a "wonderful stay" and hope you will return.

The place was very clean, close to the beach, and had lots of extras downstairs in the storage unit. We had seven people with three adults and four kids 12 and under. The pullout sofa sleeper would not be very comfortable for an adult, but it suited my two young boys just fine. There is a grocery store (IGA) about ten minutes away just off of Ocean Blvd. and a Walmart about 20 minuets away. Avoid the stores in the evening on the weekends if you can. They are packed from all of the travelers stocking up. The pool was absolutely amazing, perfect temperature and although they used chlorine it was perfectly balanced and you couldn’t even smell the chlorine. On a side note, bring TP with you. There was none upon our arrival and you are expected to provide your own. We would probably stay here again on our next visit to North Myrtle Beach.

The condo owner makes every effort to provide the little extras that might make your trip special. The location is just across the street from the beach, so it's easy access to walk back and forth and enjoy a fresh dip in the pool when you have had enough salt water and sand. Our housekeeping staff does stock each unit with bath towels and bed linens, but just a starter kit of paper products. The rental is located in the residential section of Cherry Grove, here in North Myrtle Beach, so it's family friendly and just a matter of minutes to the pier, stores, dining, shopping and mini-golf -- all of the important things that make for the best beach memories. We hope to hear from you again about next year's trip.

Had a wonderful week with my two teenaged daughters in your North Beach Villa condo! Loved the Cherry Grove Pier and having the beach chairs and sand buckets, etc was a great bonus. Loved being close enough to Myrtle Beach to drive in daily but the North Myrtle Beach location offered a nice break from the commercialism of Myrtle. Enjoyed parasailing and long walks on the beach. Easy drive up to Calabash for a Dolphin Cruise. It was a great week for us! The building itself is dated but an easy walk across the street to the beach.

This was our second time staying at this lovely condo and we will definitely be back again! It's the perfect fit for our family of 4 and has all the conveniences and comforts that we need. The beach is right across the street, and shopping, groceries, and entertainment are close by. The pool is wonderful and the condo is clean and comfy.

The well stocked kitchen was appreciated. The beds were comfortable. New washer and dryer worked well.Kitchen chairs and sofa needed cushions as they were quite low for comfortable seating. We found the walls of the units to be less than sound-proof.The outside area was very noisy with construction work close by. WE did not realize that the unit was so far north on Ocean Blvd.

This owner does work on keeping their property updated and well stocked, so the seating will also be addressed, per your suggestion. Regarding the construction noises, sorry to say but that's a little harder to help with. The city and most HOA communities, do all major projects during the winter due to the fact that it's the optimum time to work around crowded streets and busy complexes. Many people choose the Cherry Grove section of beach specifically for the quiet and solitude. It's much more residential than the Crescent Beach and Windy Hill sections, so family friendly, too. We had a wonderful, relaxing time with our family during our stay! Everything was very clean and we enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed walking down to the Cherry Grove point to take family pictures there. We really liked having beach amenitties such as chairs and sand toys for the kids in the huge storage room downstairs. Looking forward to many family memories to come renting out condo 303 at North Beach Villas!

Condo was great! Best value on the beach. Updated and exceptionally clean. Perfect location. You can see the beach from the balcony and master bedroom and less than a minute walk to the beach! Comes with everything you need. Coffee maker, Keurig, blender, even beach towels! Best part is the storage building on the ground floor facing the beach. Use of kids floats and sand toys. Rafts and noodles and beach chairs and umbrellas and coolers and even beach carts and wagons to carry everything to the ocean! If you prefer, you can rent umbrellas and chairs from the lifeguards. Also, storage room has a refrigerator with freezer packs and room for drinks and water to take to the beach. Also, has a hotel type luggage cart to carry luggage and groceries up on the elevator! Pool and pool deck are great. Always have shade and sun by the pool, no matter what time of day. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room. New full size W/D and new heating and cooling with ceiling fans in all the rooms. Also, has pack n play and air mattress. This is THE place to stay. Definitely going back!
