From the fabulous BareFoot Landing Resort, the beach is approx. 1.5 miles. You can easily park at any public access parking space for $2/hour, or ride the FREE BareFoot shuttle (in season May-Sept) from the condo to the beach, to the North Tower Resort Pool or even to the BareFoot Landing Shopping District, too. No beach badges required. If you need supplies, then umbrellas and chairs can be rented thru our city beach services (set up and taken down for you daily on the beach) or we can recommend a local service that will bring them to your door and pick them up at departure.
Upon entering this beautiful 3rd floor walk-up condo, (NO elevators), you will know that it is a step above the rest.
This spacious end unit has cathedral ceilings and is decorated in warm gold and burgundy colors. Much attention has been given to the decor and furnishings by the owner. Thomasville quality bedroom furniture in the master bedroom and the dining areas give this condo an elegant feel.
Master Bedroom : 28” flat screen TV; ceiling fan; King bed, brand New Thomasville furniture with large triple dresser (with marbled top), dressing mirror, headboard & footboard, 2 night stands finished in a matching light washed - wood, with iron accents. Beautiful!
Guest Room #2: 19” flat screen TV; ceiling fan; 1 Queen Bed; sleigh bed style
Guest Room #3: 19” flat screen TV; ceiling fan; 2 Twin beds
Kitchen: Fully equipped with new bake ware, pots & pans, casseroles, 2 huge stock pots (steam some crab legs!) plenty of dishes & glassware. All full-sized appliances: fridge, stove/oven; dishwasher, microwave oven. Small appliances include: coffee pot, toaster, blender, electric mixer,& can opener.
Living Room: A comfy sectional with chaise lounge and queen sofa sleeper provide plenty of seating for you & your guests. Not the typical beach furniture!! A new 46” flat screen TV and DVD player complete this beautiful space. This unit offers FREE Wi-Fi throughout the condo.
Dining Room: The open floor plan allows full views from the kitchen thru the dining area to the living room. A large (square) dining table finished in white, seats 8. There are 4 dining chairs, and 2 benches (with backs) that seat 4 more. Another nice feature is a large buffet/bar piece that has plenty of storage space, with a wine rack, and wine glass holders.
Outdoor Space: The living room sliders open to a covered balcony with great views of the Norman Course. It is furnished with a hi-top table and 4 chairs. Enjoy a cold drink and watch the 'duffers'!

Just minutes away, in the heart of Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach is our most popular destination, Barefoot Landing. Enjoy broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues & over 100 shops and restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover in the Spring of 2019 to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. There are kids attractions and weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. You'll find everything from the best beach wear, shoe shopping, wonderful sweet shops filled with treats, to LIVE alligators & tigers to amaze. You can rent jet skis on the Waterway, cruise in a dinner boat, rent a pontoon or guided fishing expedition, & even enjoy the views from a number of restaurants.

Although the property was not close enough to the ocean for our family it was a beautiful place to stay. Plenty of room for the 7 of us.
Was not a fan of being on the third floor but the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check in was a breeze. The manager gave us coupons and explained everything thoroughly. When we arrived it was clean and smelled great. Location was great we were about 8 mins from the beach and it's located near the mall, Tanger outlets and grocery stores. The beds were comfy even the pull out couch bed was comfy. We were supplied with everything we need from cooking to beachwear. I literally have no complaints. Check out was literally 30 seconds tops. The place was gorgeous we'll definitely stay again.

PROPERTY WAS FAIRLY CLEAN EXCEPT DISHES IN THE CABINET WERE DIRTY AND STUFF UNDER THE BED. CONSTRUCTION ON THE BUILDINGS IN THE AREA STARTED VERY EARLY AND THE SIDING ON OUR BUILDING WAS COMING OFF AND BANGED ALL NIGHT AND WAS NOT ADDRESSED AFTER CALLING.

Had a wonderful stay at 1231 The Havens in barefoot Resort N. Myrtle Beach . The unit was well maintained and in a perfect location to stores, grocery shopping and eateries . I would definately stay there again !

This is a beautiful condo, in a great location. We had a very memorable vacation, my fiancee actually proposed in the dinning room on this trip!
