We found the condo very homey and spacious.

Everything was great , we could of used more cooking utensils and the lock on the door was bad , very hard to unlock but it was great we will come back

Our vacation rental was very nice. The accommodation were exactly as described. We had 14 people that stayed here for a week and we had a wonderful time.

I was pleased with the stay we had plenty of room for everyone, we would’ve loved more if we had been able to cookout with a grill, but overall we were pleased with the stay.

Thank you for the nice review. The Crescent Shores condos are the largest in the area and offer huge, long balconies to soak up the view. Multiple family can enjoy a memorable week together. Unfortunately, grilling on balconies is controlled as a city ordinance -- you have to consider that not everyone is a "safe" grill master and this would be a real risk factor for the whole building. The complex does offer outdoor grills around the pool area and locally we have great city parks to do a family outing and let the kids enjoy the playgrounds and ballfields, too. We thank you for choosing to stay with ODVR and hope to hear that you are coming back next summer.

We take our children and grandchildren to MB annually. We have stayed in this particular condo a few times and it serves our needs. Owner Direct was WONDERFUL in working with us on rescheduling our trip due to COVID. great staff.... great maintenance... handled our needs as soon as they were presented!

What a beautiful, comfortable and well equipped condo! We had a wonderful time, as usual. The views on the 17th floor are amazing, and Crescent Shores is a wonderful location.

From the new mattresses to the new furniture, this place has it all and then some. On top of all of that it has one of the most amazing views you can have! Our stay was pleasant and met our general expectations. Biggest disappointment was the amount of building and road construction making entry to complex awkward and messy. Furniture was average quality. Dining room chairs however were loose and required us to tighten bolts. Unit was well stocked with good applicances, dishes, supplies and linen. Beds were comfortable. Building was quiet which was nice for us seniors. Other occupants were friendly. Our only negative comment regarding the building was the location of the indoor pool which is small and on ground level with total exposure to the Main Street traffic and pedestrians. Overall we enjoyed dealing with Leila at the Management Center which is close by. We have booked the same unit for next year.

What more could we ask for -- a one word review that says it all!!! Thank you for letting us know how you felt about your stay. The Crescent Shores property does provide the best for guests, outdoors and indoors; from super amenities like pools, lazy river, hot tub, grilling stations and spacious condos with, with well-appointed kitchens and fabulously maintained interiors and large balconies for sweeping views of the blue horizon! Large groups can enjoy a four bedroom condo or we offer smaller two bedrooms for couples and small families. The location of Crescent Shores is really the icing on the cake -- there is an ocean front bar & grill just next door, there is an ice cream/hot dog stand a quick block away and a giant tacky beach store for last minute supplies. We hope you will be in touch with us again for your next beach trip.

Vacation is having nothing to do and all day to do it. No problem here. Spacious, comfortable home. Stay in and cook in the well equipped kitchen, or step out in amazing restaurants and night life.

The complex is in the heart of Crescent Beach at 17th Avenue which puts you 5 minutes in any direction to enjoy all of North Myrtle Beach -- from BareFoot Landing in Windy Hill to the pier at Cherry Grove. Even then, 5 minutes further in either direction, puts you at the Tanger Outlets (headed South) or Calabash N.C. (headed North) for fantastic seafood. Anything your heart desires. We appreciate that you are regular guests with us and share your wonderful experiences about visiting our great little beach town. Hurry back.

This wonderful four bedroom condo offers all of the luxuries of a fine resort; with spacious room for multiple families, a gourmet kitchen, private baths for each room, an expansive 20+ foot balcony, and water features to please both young and young at heart. The ocean front complex offers quick proximity to every local attraction, from dining and shopping, to entertainment and kids-themed adventures. Amazing place. Plenty of room to spread out with tvs in every room, but also a great family/dining room to hang out and watch a movie. Property managers were great, apparently there was a leak in the condo below ours and they gave us plenty of notice on when they were coming to try and find and fix the issue (which they did). Would definitely stay here again.

Crescent Shores are our largest condos with the longest balconies, so large families can enjoy the space peacefully! You did not mention the views, but this condo is located on the 17th floor and gives you panoramic sweeps of beautiful blue skies and water for miles. MY adult children gave this vacation it name. John and I decided the perfect gift for our children was renting a place at Myrtle. The condo was comfortable and it has a great view. The owner and vbro was quick to respond to any problem we had which were very few. Thank you VBRO from the Shaw's and their adult kids.

As usual our monthly stay at Crescent Shores was wonderful!
There was ongoing exterior construction, with work beginning around 8 A.M., but to that, I have to add, we were glad to see them maintaining these beautiful oceanfront condominiums. Repairs and updates must be made in order to keep up its appeal to future renters and value to the owners, and understandably, they are done as weather permits.
Crescent Shores has an excellent location for some great restaurants. Or if you prefer, the unit is well equipped with a variety of cooking and bake wares.
The décor is tasteful, clean and comfortable.

Beautiful, comfortable, and spacious! New furniture and O so comfy new beds, made our stay wonderful! 17 floor views are amazing. We will return again and again. Family dinners are easy with the well equipped kitchen, but wonderful restaurants are not far from Crescent Shores.

Location was close to the rental office which was so great after the long drive.
Having the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms kept everyone happy, we all had our space when we needed it.

We have stayed at Crescent Shores before in a different unit so we were comfortable with the location and layout. As everyone says, the elevators are a little slow, but the worst is check in day because it seems that the majority of the units have check in at 3:00 so everyone is trying to move in at once. It would be nice if they would stagger them so to alleviate that problem. We were able to check in early (around 12:30 OR 1:00 so it wasn't that bad). The condo was very spacious. When we arrived there was a huge hole in the arm of the couch. We called ODVR and they came and took a picture and the owners replaced all of the living room furniture 3 days into our vacation. We were pleased with that. The furnishings could definitely use some updating. The beds were very uncomfortable and I am not one to complain about beds. The unit was fairly clean, but it appeared that the furniture has not been dusted for some time. Overall , we had a great time and the rental company and owner did respond to our needs positively.

Each year our family and our very good friends family vacation together with a total of 12 people..mostly adults and 2 smaller children. This condo has plenty of space (bedrooms and bathrooms) song with plenty of seating for dining and lounging in the living room. Being on the 17th floor provides amazing views and the balcony size made is easy for all of us to enjoy the wonderful view. The only improvement this condo really in need of is decor. The Asian theme is dated along with wall paper and mirrors on the living room walls. This is really the only thing keeping this condo from being perfect. We rented thru ODVR and they were really great to work with. They were even able to help find a second condo in Cresent Shores for additional family members to join us on vacation.
