Our condo in Arbor Trace was very nice. The owner, Odette, is very accommodating and friendly! It was very clean and beautiful. She provided bedding and towels and there are also beach chairs available. Unfortunately, out stay was cut short due to the impending storms with hurricane Dorian in the area. What I was most unhappy with was the treatment by the ODVR employees. My father is in a wheelchair and on oxygen and when the "mandatory" evacuation was announced, they were not accommodating at all. I needed to make arrangements to get oxygen for my dad's return trip, but they were not understanding at all. Their concern was getting their renters out so they could leave and prepare for the evacuation themselves. They told me to call a hospital or another company, but we HAD to be out on Monday. My dad's oxygen wasn't going to be available until Tuesday. I did a lit of calling and drove to meet the delivery truck with the oxygen and we did leave on Monday as we were forced to do. When I called Tuesday to let them know they would need to let Lincare into the unit to retrieve the home oxygen unit, they were in the office! They had made it very clear that they would be following the mandated evacuation, as they were requiring their renters to do, but yet they were in the office the next day, so they didn't follow the evacuation request.They causes unneccessary stress and anxiety for my father, who already has a very difficult time breathing and forced me to drive over an hour to track down the delivery truck to get the oxygen needed for our return trip. Very cold and callous treatment by the office personnel at ODVR.

We are golfers and beach lovers so this was perfect for us. The beaches are beautiful and there are such a large variety of golf courses that are reasonably priced that you can’t go wrong. There are also a variety of restaurants nearby and a grocery store for times when you want to make your own. The kitchen is well supplied for this too.

This great little condo in Arbor Trace is tucked onto one of the golf courses in BareFoot Landing, so you have a green natural setting off of the private screened porch and the community pool is just steps from the front door. You didn't mention it, but guest of all of the BareFoot communities also have access to use the giant salt-water pool at the North Tower Resort, too. The owner does have a great touch when it comes to a vibrant decor. We are glad that you had a great stay and look forward to hearing from you about plans to return.

Great condo overall. Space worked for us, location, all good. I book with VRBO often and have learned that I now need to ask about area construction. This condo was undergoing rebricking on the exterior. Each morning, by 8:30, we were awakened by construction workers. Not only could we hear the banging, we could distinctly hear the conversations, etc. We could not open the blinds to let the sun shine in, nor could we sit on the porch to have morning coffee. Kinda worked because we were forced to get up early and enjoy the day, however, there were no afternoon naps, for the same reasons. Again, the condo was excellent. We did not complain during the stay. There was obviously nothing that could be done at that point. Lesson learned.

Arbor Trace #515 is a Wonderful END UNIT ground floor condo with easy access to the unit - no stairs to climb - and a beautiful view from the backyard patio of the golf course. Great for a Family Vacation - the spacious 1300 square feet of living area includes open floor plan Kitchen/Dining/Living areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and there's even a Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests, what more would you need.

Me and my friends loved this condo. We had everything we needed, was very clean and spotless.
