This raised duplex is located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. The "Sunset" side overlooks the pool deck below. This unit is three stories with connecting doors on the first and third floors when rented as one property. There is a shared pool and individual hot tub. The kitchen includes 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves and 2 dishwashers as well as a large laundry room.
UPDATES: October 2017: new living room furnishings / April 2017: new outdoor furniture / June 2016: New A/C units and pool deck resurfaced
"SUNSET" UNIT:
The first floor includes: a large spacious living room offers sectional seating, huge kitchen (with double the appliances), dining room with 2 tables with seating for 12 (plus additional bar stools), full bathroom (shower only), separate laundry room with washer/dryer.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms -- two rooms have 2 queen beds in each, one room has 2 queen beds + twin/full bunk and the other room has 2 twin beds. All of the bedrooms have new flat screen 54" Samsung smart tvs with all of the latest entertainment apps.
The third floor is where you'll find 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and the game room. The master bedroom has a jetted tub and separate shower stall. The second guest room on this floor has a king and a queen bed with a bathroom. The bedrooms have been upfitted with new flat screen Samsung 54" tvs.
The game room has a widescreen TV, pool table and arcade game as well as kids board games for family fun. The game room also has 2 bars - one large and one small wet bar on each side of the room - with mini-fridge, microwave and sink.
OUTSIDE: Enjoy grilling outside at the charcoal grills with bench seating! The house includes 6 balconies to enjoy the ocean breeze. Public beach access is just a short walk down the block!
PARKING: Under the building there is parking for about 7 vehicles when renting half of the house. It's OK to rent golf carts -- making it fun to cruise around town!
BEACH INFO: About 1.5 block walk to the public access and the beach. There is a storage closet.

When you have a property that can accommodate 22 people, you should have enough couches and chairs in the main living area, so everyone has a place to sit and watch TV or visit!!! There were no wine glasses or any bowls to serve food in. Need more frying pans and cooking pots. Across the back in the dining area there needs to be long tables so that you can serve food on - buffet style!! Overall it was good and we had fun!!

We do have a very specific check list for owner essentials to be provided, so sorry it sounds like some things have gone missing and we will reach out to the owner to get additional supplies. This home is large and meant to be the family gathering spot and good family meal time makes it complete!!! Thank you for choosing to stay with ODVR and we hope to see you again next summer!

We had a good time here, there was space enough for everyone. There were a few small things that the owner should address like: pool cues broke, 9 ball missing, old box style TV's. The private pool and hot tubs were a great hit and the outdoor grilling was an added bonus, all in all a good stay and we will come again.
