We have enjoyed several visits over the last few years. Numerous updates to this beautiful property with gorgeous ocean front views. Kitchen renovation was completed since last vist. Beautiful!

Well said, this is a comfortable, clean and updated condo. The owner had worked hard to make sure her guest enjoy her home away from home at the beach.

The condo was as pictured on website it was clean. The only problem I had was the parking. Spaces were small and not enough for everyone. There is nothing you can do but the guest in the unit above us were very rude with their kids running and jumping until 1 in the morning

I am sorry to hear that the other guests in the building made your stay less desirable, as well as the parking spaces being too small. Unfortunately, you're right in saying there isn't much we can do in those departments. Regardless, we do hope you will consider coming to book with us again, we manage over 75 rentals in the North Myrtle Beach area varying from a 1 bed 1.5 bath, to houses that sleep up to 24 guests. Hopefully, next time we can give you a better all around experience!

The condo itself was cute, clean and spcious . The parking lot spaces were difficult to park in but always found a spot. Dissapointed that there were no chairs/umbrellas to rent near our condo on beach. The outside carpet needed cleaned and vacumed near front entrance. OVerall We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Our stay here was just what we were looking for. The condo was clean upon arrival and was very tastefully decorated. Many convenient appliances are available which made our stay even more enjoyable. The best part of our stay was the location, as it sits right on the beach with beach access about 30 seconds from your front door. The views from Windy Shores II is just beautiful. This unit is right above the pool but we visited in late winter and did not utilize this amenity. Still, the pool and surrounding area were well maintained with lots of seating for sunbathing and relaxation. There is a storage closet for each unit with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this for someone who is looking to stay on a more quiet section of the beach, but still a minute away from all that you might need on the main strip. Don’t hesitate to make this your vacation destination.

Cookware etc. Great view, nice to not need the elevator, just a short flight of stairs from the room. Only negative was dropping off the keys off site on way out - but was manageable.

Part of our check-in/check-out services is meant to provide the guest with real customer service from beginning to end. We like to meet and greet all of our guests for the arrival registration process but we do allow for easy self-checkout at the end of your stay. With proven results, we feel it is more secure tracking hard keys with each guests use of any property, versus using electronic door keys, just due to the possibility that batteries die and mechanics malfunction at the worst time -- Murphy's Law of course. The location was great. Access by stairs or elevator. 1st floor very convenient. Apartment had everything we would need in the kitchen and towels and linens were supplied. The beach and pool were right outside. Lots of great restaurants near by. Especially liked Oyster Rock a short distance north. Grocery store close
by. Lots of golf and beach time!

Wonderful ocean view and right on the beach! Relaxing landscape around the pool area with a nice size balcony. This condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with linens and appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and visiting North Myrtle Beach!

My experience with this rental was great! The office staff stayed in touch to confirm our arrival time and provide excellent directions. The condo in which we stayed was very homey and provided everything that we needed. The cleaning staff does an amazing job and should be praised for their pride in doing their jobs well. Everyone in the complex was very friendly and made you feel like you were home. Parking was a little tight. I would recommend that those driving large SUV's and pickup trucks with trailer hitches on them be asked to park in the designated overflow. I would also suggest that for permanent residents and anyone who rent for an extended period of time (2 or more months), should be allowed to have a designated permanent parking place under the facility. We are looking forward to returning to this rental again and hopefully extending our vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and updated and has a great view of the ocean. I also like that it's on the first floor because we could just use the steps and not mess with the elevator. We are very interested in renting again next year.

It is always a bit scary when planning a vacation and not knowing if the pictures actually represent your accommodations. Windy Shores met and actually exceeded expectations! The condo was immaculate and the furnishings were updated and comfortable. We spent very little time in the condo and most of our time on the deck because the view is amazing! You are basically on top of the ocean and it s lovely because it s a very quiet area of beach. Our only issue because it is an older building, they appeared to be doing alot of maintenance on the building which prevented us from using the pool. I highly recommend this unit and will definitely want to stay there again myself.

Clean, convenient and quiet

The condition of the condo was great and very clean and the view was fantastic! We only have a few small gripes that really don't amount to much. A couple more kitchen utensils would be nice since we cooked a frozen pizza and didn't have a pizza cutter. There wasn't any sheets for the pull out sofa but we had plenty of blankets to cover it with and it was slept on by a teenager so she didn't really care. The main issue and really the only one that matters is the parking..... it stinks! There are 32 units in the building and only 22 parking spaces so obviously someone isn't going to get one. They do have a separate parking area 2 short blocks away but wasn't really a consolation when it was raining the whole week we were there. Parking spaces were hit or miss when people would leave if you just so happened to be coming in yourself while some cars remained unmoved for the whole week. So we're not giving this place 100% but we don't want to bash it either. Overall it was a very well maintained, clean, quiet place to rent with great views and a pool! Even with the lack of parking we would be glad to return!!

Our policy is that all units with a sleeper sofa should have a pre-packaged set of sheets in the master closet, so we apologize if they were not there and would have been more than happy to deliver a set to your door. The owner will be happy to add essentials to the kitchen based on your requests. Sorry for the parking aggravation, it is really sufficient if you don't mind walking one block over. Ocean Drive dead-ends at the point of the beach, so there is really not a lot of traffic to cross the street and easy access to look for a spot. In fact, the location of Windy Shores at the very tip of Windy Hill beach section is exactly what makes it special; the crowds thin out and the dunes and shoreline are in a little more state of natural and less foot traffic. The complex itself, is only four stories high and that makes it a little more quaint and less crowded by the pool. We hope you do return and we look forward to a second chance to make a great impression.

The condo was large,clean and nicely decorated. It was also well equipped with towels and sheets,washer.dryer et al. The management team was first class and
available when required. We enjoyed the Oceanfront and all the restaurants and shopping a person would want.
I have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone.

This is a true gem to getaway for a vacation! Clean, great location, on the beach, with a pool, overlooking the ocean. Restaurants and shopping are within minutes. We had a fabulous two week stay. Loved the ocean view from the balcony, living room, and while cooking in the kitchen. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was extremely convenient. Appreciated the direct access to the beach. The parking was a major issue! The on-site parking was virtually none existent! Luckily we had a 4 wheel drive truck because the exit from the driveway was a 30 degree angle....extremely steep!! One other complaint that drove us insane was the fact that you could hear every step from the people and kids above us.....two weeks, two different families same loud banging. The sun, sand and surf were great as always! LOVE Myrtle beach!! ❤️

The Windy Shores complex is an ideal location that puts you right at the boundary of Windy Hill beach and Atlantic Beach, with no other high rises and lots of open white sandy space. The perimeter parking spaces around the complex is limited, but there is an entire overflow parking lot just within a block, or less, of the complex and you would pass by it anytime you are coming and going. Hope this will be helpful if you decide to return. Sorry you experienced noisy neighbors; some travelers come for a relaxing getaway and others come for non-stop excitement.
