We have an extensive record of speaking with you at least 12 times since you booked this property in November 2019. There were many detailed discussions with you about the reservation process early on and then many more conversations April, May and June, about your concerns during the COVID crisis with our office providing information and important local updates to help guide you thru your decision to travel. The condo was everything advertised. My family had a great stay. We received the keys later than expected but the unit was thoroughly cleaned. For 2020 COVID-19, masks are required in the lobby and elevator and most guests complied. The HOA decided to not open the pool for the season but we were fine without it. Overall, a relaxing week at a great condo on the beach.

This condo was by far the nicest we have ever rented in N Myrtle Beach. So fresh and clean and sooo attractively furnished. The kitchen was so superbly outfitted my daughter was compelled to take a picture of the silverware drawer! Plenty of everything!! (Even had makeup mirrors in each bathroom.)Will definitely keep this one in my book to try to rent again. Brava!

What a beautiful condo. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable. Sheets, blankets and towels new and clean. The views of the ocean right outside the living room and master bedroom windows. The only problem we had was the swimming pool was closed. ( due to COVID ) I know that’s not the owners fault, not ours either. No one told us about it being closed. Two days before at check in I asked about how warm it was. Then she said it was not opened. I asked if we could maybe get like 100.00 back to rent umbrella for my 85 year old dad. I was told NO!! Not the owners fault. A little disappointed bin that. Otherwise. Great place

The owner of Beach Club #5-F also uses the condo for personal time and likes to make sure every creature comfort is available to gladly share with their guests. During the pandemic, the SC Dept of Health has mandated new guidelines for public pools to include cleaning, inspections, and capacity maximums, etc. This means individual HOAs must determine if they can meet the standards required, or risk the liabilities that might be part of the COVID issue. This is not a matter that individual owners can control. We hope you will return to this condo and enjoy our great little beach town in the near future.

Wonderful! Very nice people! Great to work with. No problems. The maintenance guy came cause our smoke detector was chirping. He was in and out very gracious!

This condo is 5 stars all the way, and exactly as pictured and described. The owners have been extremely thoughtful in every decision: furnishing, decorating, stocking, labeling, and the list goes on. The space is perfect for families, or groups. The beach in front of the building is not at all crowded- which was perfect for us. We also enjoyed the quiet friendly atmosphere of Windy Hill. My family spent the entirety of our days on the beach. We drove into Calabash for waterfront seafood and live music a couple of evenings; but the condo is so well appointed we enjoyed cooking in most nights. We will definitely be back!

This place is awesome. Perfect view of the ocean. The condo was very comfortable for 8-9 adults. It is newly renovated and fully stocked with kitchen items. Tastefully decorated! Outside porch was perfect for socializing after dinner and listening to the ocean. Building residents were very friendly and welcoming, especially the owner's sister who lives next door! Would highly recommend staying here.

Thank you for spreading the word about just how awesome this condo at the Beach Club is, so that other travelers will feel good about staying with us, too. The location in Windy Hill also offers guests a chance to enjoy everything that North Myrtle Beach has to offer within a few minutes drive. There is Barefoot Landing with all of the family friendly shopping, dining and entertainment you could wish for. Locally, there are several fun-themed mini-golf courses, as well as 18 hole golf courses, to enjoy, too. The beaches offer watersport rentals and downtown has amusements for the little kids or big kids in the group. We hope you enjoyed everything that our great little beach town has to offer and plan to return as soon as possible.

Overall the condo is very modern, spacious, with lots of seating and bedding to accommodate multiple families. The gourmet kitchen offers enough space to prepare a lavish spread and then enjoy dining alfresco on the wonderful balcony. The ocean front location offers easy access to the beach and beautifully maintained grounds, with a large pool and sun deck. Windy Hill beaches are clean and low key to enjoy sunshine, surf and sand. Our wk in this beautiful condo was amazing! We had great weather and the condo was furnished with everything we needed.
One thing I wish the owners would add is a lockbox to get into the unit. It was a small hassle to pick up keys at Rental Agency. It was Black Bikers wk so we got stuck in all that traffic because of picking up keys.

Lovely recent remodel. Comfortable beds, good couches. Had everything we needed. Beach was great - though different everyday! Conveniently located to BiLo and the main road for anything you forgot. Could see the fireworks in the distance.
