Windy Hill Dunes is centrally located within N. Myrtle Beach. Everything you need is within in a short drive.

Unit #806 is nicely decorated, fully stocked, and was very clean upon arrival. This unit has amazing oceanfront views. The sofas are getting a little old, but everything else is in very good condition. We plan on returning in 2023.

We have been coming to NMB for the past 12 years with our son and grandsons. For the past 5 years we stayed in unit 1501 but unfortunately this year it was already reserved. We noticed unit 806 and it also sounded perfect. upon arrival at the unit, the kitchen pantry was locked, thus all groceries had to be put on the kitchen counters. Very disappointing. When attempting to wash some dishes in the sink, we discovered water on the floor and discovered two buckets in the cabinet under the sink which apparently no one bothered to fix the leak. The sliding glass door in the master bedroom was locked and could not be unlocked thus preventing us from going out to the balcony unless we went into the living room. We have dealt with ODVR for many years and they are extremely accommodating, pleasant and professional but you may want to speak to the owners of this unit

The complex is very well taken care of....The HOA does a very good job. Condo was nice too.. Only problem I had was the sliding glass door was hard to shut.

Our family arrived to to a room that was ready and cleaned when we arrived. Rental agency was extremely organized and efficient. Only issue was the sheets on king beds did not fit. They continuously came off. Not a big deal but they really need deeper pocket sheets

We have spent the last 5 years ar Windy Hill Dunes and enjoyed every day.
October is still beach weather in South Carolina and we love the bright sunny days and quiet beaches. Restaurants are open and there is no waiting!

Location and Condo unit were perfect.

The location is right in the heart of North Myrtle beach, minutes away from Boardwalk, activities, shopping, and Oceanfront.

The Condo unit has been fully remodeled with well appointed furnishings and a killer view right on the ocean. The adjacent attached parking garage makes access & parking a breeze.

The Property managers were there to help and addressed any concerns immediately.

We loved the condo. Everything is updated and very clean. Master bedroom is very spacious as is the living area and kitchen. The other rooms were on the smaller end, but still good enough. The unit included many of the daily items needed and also some beach equipment. Pool area was very nice and had a guard on staff to ensure those who were not staying on the property were not using the pools. Only two ‘negative’ notes are we were able to hear a little child running above us a few days into our stay. It was not often, but the floors and ceiling seem to be made well enough to block out sound. Also the beds were on the softer end when some of us preferred firm beds, but that’s just a preference! We would definitely stay here again. Leila was great to work with during the whole process!!

I was very nervous about having a family of 6 adults and 4 kids the ages of 6 and under staying in a condo. I was very surprised at the amount of room we had. All the rooms were very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens I have ever seen. We lacked for nothing. I would highly recommend staying here at this condo. The check in staff was also very friendly and helpful. We all had a wonderful time!

The unit is decorated beautifully BUT the sofa is very soiled(PERFECT is too light for the unit...cleaning it is not the option unless you do it after each guest leaves. I would suggest a grey couch or couch covers that can be washed and changed weekly. The patio furniture is awful. Replacements are needed. Please do not try to paint them because the rust is breaking down the furniture and falling all over the balcony. I think wooden rockers, weather proof dining and other seating would be Great. The Queen bed box spring was too small. Our bed kept falling in. It irritated my husband to have to fix it all the time and it was scary when it fell in while we were sleeping. I would rent again...I see the effort put in the decor and upkeep. Also, access to the pantry would be great. I would love to see the upgrades because I have read a similar complaint. We have loved Windy Hill Dunes for 15 plus years. If we find a great unit, we became yearly renters. Overall I really liked the unit. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property.

The windy hill dunes was a great place to stay for a family. Great 8th floor ocean view. The pool hot tub soak pool and lazy river was awesome. The co do was clean and stocked with plenty of cooking items and utensils to help with cooking. We did take the short drive to the boardwalk which was really cool but that is more aimed for the younger crowds without children. Windy hill was perfect for us not to busy but had the plenty of activities for everyone I highly recommend this place to anyone .

The condo is a great condo with plenty of room. We had 2 adults and 5 teens. The only problem was we did not have sheets for the 3 beds and only 3 sets of towels. We called the emergency number and we did get one set of sheets the same night but had to buy a set of sheets for the other bed as we were unable to get sheets until Monday. We had to use our beach towels for baths until we go towels on Monday. The floors in the condo were filthy. Full of sand and looked like they had not been mopped in weeks. Bathrooms were also dirty. Furniture also needs to be cleaned.
Otherwise the condo was awesome. Beautiful views.

Our condo was nice, very clean and check-in is simple. We checked in on Saturday and the hot tub, lazy river, and kiddie pool were not working until Tuesday. This was annoying, but we had the small main pool and the Atlantic Ocean to use:):). My only complaint about this rental was the HOA staff. We treat people with respect and we expect to be treated the same. Very unfriendly group. Overall we had a great time and look forward to staying again next year.

It was a tough time for our area but guests visiting keeps things moving and helps getting back to normal a little easier. Our management office did reach out to the HOA for you, to find out about the pool, and apparently they had suffered some damage and were on the back log for inspectors to give the approval to open. Thank you for your patience with this issue. We apologize that anyone from the Windy Hill Dunes staff or groundskeeping would act inappropriately and would certainly have been glad to make contact with their management for an explanation or simply to report the matter. Really a great condo. One of the cleanest we have stayed in. Area was quiet and very close to barefoot landing. Everything in the condo is redone. Plenty of space and beds. Couldn’t hear the people walking above you which is a porovitve. Loved the rental company. Super easy to work with and accommodating. Highly recommend them and this unit
