UPSTAIRS includes updated kitchen conveniences w/ tiled counter tops, & full-size stainless-steel appliances, ocean-views throughout living area, & hardwood floors. This dining area seats 8 and a breakfast bar for 4 which doubles as a game space for the kids to watch tv or play the original 80's Miss PacMan video arcade game. DOWNSTAIRS has a full-sized fridge, sink, stove, microwave and granite countertops. The lower dining table seats 6 and counter top bar stools for 4 more. There is also a full-size WASHER & DRYER SET on each floor! The downstairs is also WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE!
SLEEPING/BEDDING INFO: The upstairs sleeps 12 -- 2 bedrooms (Queens), 1 bedroom (2 Doubles) & 2 sleeper sofas in the den. The downstairs sleeps 8 -- 2 bedrooms (Queens), and 1 bedroom (Both Queen and Twin Trundle) & 1 sleeper sofa in the den. ALL bedrooms and the family rooms (up and down) have flat-screen TV/DVD combinations - so everybody can watch their own show or movie.
BATHROOM INFO: Within the house there are 4 full bathrooms (2 up & 2 down), and one half bath (downstairs). UPSTAIRS: One bedroom offers a private bath (shower only) and two guest rooms share the main bath (tub/shower combo). DOWNSTAIRS: An attached full bath (shower only) for the larger bedroom (Queen and daybed-trundle), and a Jack & Jill bath (shower only) shared by the other two guest rooms. Also, a small powder room (sink, toilet only) off of the family room.
OUTDOOR INFO: The fabulous sun deck surrounds the POOL and HOT TUB. Both are SALT-WATER, so no burning chlorine! Solar panels keep the pool toasty even in the spring and fall! The patio area is spacious with plenty of lounge chairs and tables for dining by the water. This is not your 'stamp-size' pool!! Kids can run around while the adults soak in the hot tub or relax in shade under the tents. The front yard is made for family entertainment and olympic -style competition! The PUTTING GREEN is amazing -- at 15' x 30' long this is a serious green for golfers who want to practice their putting and chipping (yes we have a fringe area!!) or mini-golf for the kids! Add a friendly game of outdoor ping-pong (high-quality Kettler table) or cornhole set for team challenge, or one-on-one foosball matches! With not one, but TWO, outdoor play areas, there is plenty of room for everybody to SPREAD OUT & enjoy!! The gas grills make a great way to extend your outdoor time. The beautiful beach is just steps away and the pool and games amenities will add hours of fun to your family memories! Make good use of the OUTDOOR SHOWER as well, after a salty beach day! The pool can be heated daily/weekly for an additional fee, so just ask!!!!!

The home we rented for our stay in North Myrtle Beach was beyond amazing. It had 2 floors each set up with there own entrance like duplex apartments. The house was equipped with a pool,hot tub, gas grill & also provided plenty of games & activities to do. Beautiful place for you & your family.

The best vacation ever!
Thank you for the five star review. We will be delighted to share with the Sunrise home owner that this trip made the top of your list. It means a great deal that we have happy travelers and that your stay was that much better because this property was the perfect fit. This private house does offer all of those extras that make vacation a little more special because you don't have to share the pool, hot tub, grills, or elevators, etc. with the crowds. Sunrise is the perfect space to spread out, with two floors of living space and double kitchens, landscaped grounds and a fabulous poolside courtyard for the family to gather. It's the stuff that great beach memories are made of. We look forward to hearing that you plan to return.

Very nice house in good condition and well maintained.
Thank you for letting us know that you enjoyed the Sunrise house. The owner works tirelessly to provide an awesome beach destination for families and groups. Every possible detail is covered to offer sunny days of fun and excitement or just lazy relaxing pool time, if that's what you seek. The house sleeps 14 adults and is spacious enough for everyone to spread out and enjoy meals, or tv and game night, all those things that make beach memories special. We are delighted that you found everything to be perfect for your group and hope to hear from you again.

Although we saw more sunsets than sunrises, our stay at the Sunrise beach house was exactly what we wished for! The house was well appointed with the 3 bedrooms/2-2 1/2 baths, double kitchen/dining/living areas and the pool area was a real hit! Extra amenities like the ping-pong table/set, corn hole, fooz ball, and the well stocked libraries were all put to good use! The beach cart made trekking the short distance to and from the beach a real breeze. The larger kitchen/dining/living area was upstairs so that was our main gathering area, but the one downstairs saw lots of use for finding a quieter venue. The grill was well utilized as was the pool/cabana area. All issues were attended to promptly and efficiently, such as the loose handrail. We'd definitely recommend this beach house to others interested in visiting the area. Some of our visitors from Texas are now considering a purchase in the area. Great place, lovely owners and beautiful setting. Besides the pool and the beach, we enjoyed putt-putt, go-carting, Pirates Voyage, banana boats, parasailing, shopping and relaxing.

Everyone had a great time and everyone kept busy and off electronics, even the teenagers. The house was comfortable for everyone and we did not feel crowded even with 18 in our party.
This is the "best" review that we could hope for. It is our absolute pleasure to know that we were part of making your vacation memories the happiest -- sounds like your family enjoyed the pool and amenities to the fullest. The Sunrise owner runs a tight ship to make sure each week's guest are completely satisfied and the house meets all expectations. Mission accomplished. We had a great experience with this rental! Our family rented a home prior to this house, and they cancelled on us last minute. I reached out to the rental company hoping to rent the Sunrise home - and we are SO glad we did! Everything was great and everyone was very accommodating, especially Tracy. Thank you!

This private beach home, fondly named "Sunrise" by the owner, is really quite the gem for a family friendly gathering. The spacious grounds are laid out for grilling, pool time and friendly game competition. The inside offers up and down kitchens and dining space, as well as two laundry stations. It's the perfect set up for large groups to vacation comfortably. Thank you again for helping to spread the word about just how great this beach home is.
