The place was spotless. This end unit is quiet and spacious and I especially like the screened in back porch along the pond. Location is perfect walking distance from the local pool. And minutes away from the beach, Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, and the Alabama theatre. And short distances from other attractions. Restaurants in the area are great. So much to see and do. No Complaints. Would definitely recommend staying.

Very easy and friendly people to book with. Tracy saw a conflict and was quick to come up with a solution. I will definitely book my next vacation with them. The townhouse was nicely decorated and the bedrooms are huge. Livingroom is a little small if you have a large group BUT with an open kitchen and dinning area, everyone can still be together and socialize. Loved that everything was marked so you knew which switch operated the lights and fans. Master bed was a little too firm for me but my husband didn't think so. We had a great stay and I highly recommend. Really liked that the driveway was big enough for our three vehicles.

The property is very well located in a quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. The house was very clean, very well maintained. Everything we needed was available in the house. The employees at the office were very professional, very friendly, quick to respond and helpful. This property met and exceeded our expectation. I will be happy to come back next time. I highly recommend this property.

The Egret Run condo makes a wonderful retreat just minutes from the beach but within the confines of the BareFoot Resort community where there is golf, shopping, dining, kids amusements, etc., offering an all-in-one experience. Had a wonderful stay at this home. Took the family before school started back. Close to everything. Was concerned it would not be large enough, but no worries.

There is certainly room to spread out and enjoy a nice meal together, grilling on the patio by the lake or family game night. The community does offer a great local pool and guests of BareFoot Landing are also allowed to use the giant salt-water pool at the North Tower resort, too. My family of seven stayed at this lovely townhouse at Barefoot Resort. Due to a referral from a friend and coworker I learned about this particular resort as well as the company that manages these particular vacation rentals. The property was very spacious offering beauty, tranquility, and many amenities at your fingertips. We loved the beach-themed decor, close proximity of the pool, screened in patio and pond in the back. Also the management company was very, very nice and accommodating to us especially with our last minute booking. If I had to make any suggestions for improvements it would be: repainting of the upstairs main bathroom, hallway and definitely the front door as well as upgrading the TVs to flat screens. The older model TVs that were in all of the rooms except the LR (where there was a terrific flat screen with a crystal clear picture) lacked the same and had a somewhat snowy/unclear picture. Aside from these small cosmetic issues this place was heaven. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely stay here again and again and recommend it to friends and family. Looking forward to our next visit there already!
