The family room has plenty of space, with new flooring, fresh paint and nautical decor touches. There is a cozy couch (sleeper sofa), reclining chair, and hidden Murphy Bed that offers a comfortable full-size mattress, as well as a large flat screen TV for movie night There is a nice hallway half bath, with easy access for additional guest using the extra bedding. The kitchen is clean, well appointed with full size appliances and fully furnished with all the essentials to prepare your meals. Walk out onto your personal "veranda" and enjoy the sunrise views as you sip your morning coffee.
For those who need to stay connected during your travels, The Verandas has free internet access in the unit. After a long walk on the beach, take a cool dip in the pool or soak up some rays on the ocean side sun deck. Take time to relax and rejuvenate while floating around in the lazy river or take a much needed long soak in the hot tub.
ODVR is very pleased to present this great condo at The Verandas, an attractive, tropically landscaped, 12-story resort. The Ocean Drive Beach section offers downtown Main Street shops, entertainment and restaurants just a few blocks away. There are free family-friendly weekly concerts on Thursday nights, all summer long. The kids' amusement rides are set up for the summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day. An easy walk to enjoy an ice cream and the local park. The Verandas will be your favorite vacation destination.
The parking deck has a 6'6" vehicle maximum height limit and motorcycles & trailers are not permitted.

Excellent experience in a wonderful property. Location in North Myrtle Beach was perfect! Short drive to Rt 17 and many activities and restaurants and only a few blocks to Main Street. Property owner even supplied 2 chairs and an umbrella set up daily on the beautiful wide beach. Only complaint was an elevator issue (1 of 2 was out of service for the entire stay). This was no fault of the owner and only affected things on a Saturday when multiple guests were leaving or arriving. This was the building HOA’s responsibility, not the owner.
Thank you very much for the outstanding review. We are not surprised that you found this unit to be "wonderful". The owner has worked hard to offer their guest the perfect romantic and cozy beach getaway. The beach services are just the cherry on top!! We apologize about the elevators and the owner did keep us updated at regular intervals about the repair process but it just seemed to take longer than the engineers original estimate. It has been fixed since your stay. Please plan to come back. Thanks again.

What a great vacation spot! The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable (even the murphy bed) and the views were perfect. My 80 year old dad, 14 year old niece and middle-age self enjoyed ourselves so much that we are already planning next year's visit!
The only negative I can offer is that the sheets left for the murphy bed/sofa bed were the wrong size. We used flat sheets and made it work and I'm sure the office would have helped us with new ones if we'd asked. The condo is a bit pricy, but with all the amenities, comfort and cleanliness, it's totally worth it! We will be back!

We do apologize for the sheets not fitting -- we receive our weekly sheet sets pre-packaged, in shrink wrap, directly from the linen factory, so you probably discovered something that we needed to be aware of. The owner will be thoroughly pleased that you enjoyed all of the comforts that she has thoughtfully put into this great one bedroom condo. We realize that you have many great choices out there when making your beach plans and we are proud to be the final destination that put your vacation over the top!!! Unit was clean and area perfect for what we were looking for. Staff at ODVR was very helpful and pleasant in all interactions. Would definitely recommend them and use them again. Will also be sure to use them again if we return to area!!

The Verandas is a unique and boutique-size complex, so the pool, parking and elevators are not too crowded. The location puts you just five blocks to downtown, Main Street, here in North Myrtle Beach, to enjoy everything from dining, shopping, live music, local hot spots, and kids amusements. This condo is the perfect couples' romantic getaway or suitable for a small family vacation. Please come back to see us.

Cute, clean condo with great views. We loved the tile flooring throughout the condo and liked having the extra half bathroom. Great location!

From check in to check out this was a wonderful experience. The condo was super clean, everything was in top notch working condition. The beds were fantastic. Walk to beach was easy. The lazy river is not very big but was ok for two adults. Pools was clean. Parking was easy. Walking distance to downtown but far enough away to still be quite. Also the rental of the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the owner was icing on the cake. Did not need to lug anything down to beach but our towels and drinks. I would highly recommend.

This is also the ONLY property we have where the owner provides the beach chairs and umbrella in this fashion, it is as you put it the icing on the cake.
