Beautiful Beach Bungalow - fully remodeled, floor to ceiling with the utmost attention to detail. Private home located on a neighborhood side street, in the heart of the Crescent Beach section -- just three blocks to the water. The owner has thoughtfully updated this perfect family home into an extravagant vacation retreat. New ceramic tile floors throughout, updated bedroom and family room furnishings, new bedding, including mattresses, fresh paint, granite counters for kitchen and baths, new cabinetry, new modern stainless appliances; the list of improvements just keeps going. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with the best essentials for family meals including, dishware, cookware, utensils, coffeemaker, toaster, etc. etc.
The home is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is a Queen size bed, with beautiful, comfortable furnishings and double wide his/hers closets. The attached bath is remodeled with new granite vanity, fixtures, and flooring. In the master bath, there is a shower stall surround (no tub). The guest rooms are freshly furnished with the perfect beach touches. One guest room is 2 Twins, the other is a Queen, both with nice large windows to let in the sunshine. The two guest rooms share the remodeled hall bath - with new marble floors, built-in cabinetry, granite vanity and large tiled shower w/ bench seating (no tub) and adjustable hand held sprayer. This shower is a roll-in for handicap access. The family tv room offers a pull out Murphy Bed (queen) from a built-in cabinet and allows sleeping for kids in the group. The owner gladly provides a high chair and pack-n-play for your little ones.
At the front entry, a cozy sitting room welcomes you with an electric fireplace for cool nights. Then, there is also a separate family room, nicely furnished with its own tv, to give everyone a little extra space. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and three stools for the breakfast bar. There is a large, walk-in laundry room, with full size washer and dryer. Of course, free Wi-Fi is included within the home.
There is parking for 5-6 vehicles in the driveway and a shared garage area for use of the owners golf cart and beach supplies for the kids. There is basketball and corn hole, or take it easy in the hammock. Enjoy the front porch rocking chairs and swing, or the open back deck that allows for great grilling (gas propane) and activity space. The kids can run and play. There is an outdoor shower (hot & cold water) for rinsing the sand. Conveniently, there is an easily accessible, extra (3rd) bathroom, within the garage, for outdoor access without tracking into the house.
The quaint home is located on a great residential street in the heart of Crescent Beach, just 3 blocks to the water. Guest will enjoy the use of the owner's golf cart for shuttling back and forth to the public beach access (there's one at about every block) and golf cart parking is a lot easier than the car. You can take a tour around town in the evenings for ice cream or mini-golf, both located just a block away at 17th Avenue. The owner also provides a few beach chairs and an umbrella for guest convenience.
The most famous area attractions, restaurants, and shopping are just minutes drive away. Sorry, but this home is NOT pet friendly. Your dream vacation will be made that much more relaxing when you choose this great beach cottage.

We came from BUFFALO NY to North Myrtle Beach and had to find a place with just 2 days notice the home we had planned to stay in was not going to be accessible to us. My son and family friend we were coming with both use wheelchairs. The home at Lowery House and the folks at Owner Direct Vacation Rentals were GREAT They saved our long anticipated vacation. The location was wonderful. The home exactly as described and it was gorgeous. Very clean, well maintained and all the gadgets in the kitchen we needed to make ourselves at home.

This home is adorable, nicely decorated, and full of amenities. We loved the front porch, hammock, and basketball goal. The golf cart was an added plus and made getting back and forth to the beach easy. This house is a gem and we will definitely be back!

Stayed here with 4 other adults. Plenty of room, full kitchen with dishes, coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of utensils. House is completely wheelchair accessible using the garage entrance. Handicap shower was nice for our friend in a wheelchair. Used the golf cart to go to the beach. Played with the basketball hoop and used the corn hole game. We loved being 3 blocks from the beach and I used the large porch in the evening for a cocktail and reading. I highly recommend using the lowery house.

The Lowery Home was beautiful and fully stocked with everything needed. Loved the house. Owner Direct staff were very professional to deal with and very sweet. The use of the golf cart was great for beach use daily. We went to Villa Tuscanna for dinner which was fantastic. Barefoot landing was very close with great little shops. Awesome vacation

I stayed at the Lowery House for the second time and had another wonderful stay. It has three bedrooms but the additional room at the back was a perfect place for my grandchildren with a pull out trundel bed. We had a toilet that didn't want to stop running and it was fixed within an hour of making a call. I have nothing but good things to stay about my stay.

The house was nice and clean. The pictures were accurate displaying the living accommodations. The added bathroom I the garage area was a plus.... Quiet neighborhood. The parking was good but space was tight.

House was nice and we liked the location. We had a problem with washer that took over a week to fix and communication with management company was a little slow.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this sweet home. Equipped with all of the things you might need and many extras. Location was great (a few minutes from the beach) and the golf cart was a bonus. We enjoyed playing corn hole each day and the relaxing in the hammock. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a fabulous stay at the Lowery House! The property was clean, well-maintained, and was as described. It was tastefully decorated and updated. We loved the front porch and having access to the golf cart. We could quickly get to the beach or drive to the restaurants and ice cream shop nearby. The neighborhood was safe and also in close proximity to Barefoot Landing. The property manager was helpful, friendly, and responsive. We would highly recommend this property and management company!

This house is ideal for a family vacation or a get a way. Everything was very accessible and clean. Three streets from the ocean and golf cart was provided in rental. Plenty of couches , chairs and having a washer and dryer was the greatest. Full kitchen with pots, pans , dishes and a grill. Best was the ice cream shop one block away. House was easy to find and plenty to do within a few miles.

Your house was everything we could hope for! It was so neat and tidy. Spotless. Even better than the pictures show. The house was beautifully decorated. We so enjoyed setting on the porch in the mornings, lounging in the hammock in the afternoons and playing corn hole in the evenings. This house had everything! The beach is seconds away by golf cart. So close to great restaurants and shopping. No need to leave the area. We will most certainly be back.

The property itself was exactly as described, excellent condition and spotless when we arrived. Leading up to the stay, communication was great and we knew exactly what to expect.
