14A was very spacious and well equipped. The blinds in the owners bedroom and den do not operate properly. The ones in the master do not open. We were very pleased with the layout and the balcony rockers were perfect.

We had a great time while staying at this condo, it is very nice, our only complaint was that it needs better pots and pans and would have been nice to have a cookie sheet. The second bedroom was supposed to have 2 queen beds but they are full size, still served the purpose though so it was alright. Would stay at this condo again, it was one of the best we've rented.

We truly enjoyed our stay in 14A. Unit was very nicely furnished and clean. We did find a pair of ladies underwear in the master bath that got left behind and missed by housekeeping. The left rear burner on stove didn't function and there was no carafe for the regular coffee maker, none of the kitchen knives were very sharp and there was construction going on in stairwell right outside the unit when we arrived Saturday that was extremely loud however it was fine after a few hours when they left. There was still some ongoing construction noise for a few days and painting which caused them to wrap nearby cars in plastic - we moved our car to keep it from getting wrapped and all was ok. We really did enjoy our stay other than the minor things mentioned. Had the construction noise we experienced the first day continued we certainly would have a harsh review as to the timing and not being informed. In summary we did enjoy our time in 14A and would highly recommend this unit.

As far as the building construction, we were completely unaware and unable to notify guests because we were unaware. Please note that this is not a direct reflection on ODVR as we only manage that specific unit at Brigadune and are not directly affiliated with the building or management company.
