Condo was very nice. Had only one issue that needed attention and after messaging the owner, it was taken care of on a very timely manner. The owner was very responsive to messages that were sent to him. The location was central to many good restaurants and Barefoot Landing. Never had a problem with parking. The beach at the condo was nice. During the 3rd week of September, the beach wasn't crowded at all. If visiting North Myrtle Beach again, I'd book this condo again.

Place we rented was clean. Thought it was larger than it was, still a great location. Check in process was easy at the homeAway/VRBO place, very close as well.
We spent a lot of our time at the beach and out. The living area didn't really seat 4 great, but di have room for 4. Kitchen was small, but functional.
View off the balcony was very nice. Beds were good, not great, but good.
Everything in the place worked welll.

We really enjoyed this oceanfront condo. It is located in a safe area that is convenient to North Myrtle Beach. The check in and check out process was easy and the rental office is just a few minutes away from the condo.

This condo offered everything we needed for our end of the year mini vacation. The views are amazing. You get the views of the sunrise in the morning, sunset in the evenings, to sand beaches as far as the eye can see. The owner was so easy to work with. The check in/out process was a breeze and the staff was very friendly.

My family and I had a great stay. The condo was perfectly situated close to all of the attractions that we visited. The place was clean and in good shape, the owner and the rental management were friendly and helpful.

This corner unit provides great eastern and southern views. All of the appliances and plumbing worked well. The TV was problematic, though, and a half hour on the phone with the cable company did not help. WiFi was fine. The pools are very nice and beach access is great.

Only concern were the windows and living room slider windows seals were broke causing the windows to stay cloudy. A condition that can only be fixed by replacing the glass. Condo was clean, great view. We well consider this property for next year if we can get it for Jan, Feb, and March.

We had a great experience with this rental and with the owner and their management company. The rental process was simple and straight forward and we had no problems getting our keys even though we arrived late at night.

The condo was clean and well stocked and is in a quiet section of north myrtle beach. We had everything we needed for our stay. The towels, bedding, etc... were of great quality and comfortable.

We hope to make it back for another visit this summer!

The owner went above and beyond our expectations in communicating with us, even before he reached out continuously during Hurricane Isaiah. The location ON the beach was perfect and this area of the beach was never really crowded as we noticed other areas were.

Great location! Exactly as pictured. Only disappointment was the property was not equipped the way I expected (no coffee filters, no dishwasher soap, limited toilet paper and soap).
