Modern and well maintained unit in perfect location! Large balcony face the oceanfront. Love watching the Sunrise with my morning coffee!! Very clean , close to everything!

overall it was a nice place to stay. Smaller than what I imagined but nice just the same. Only complaint was after walking out on patio, our feet were very dirty, but otherwise, inside was clean

Patio area is a outside area that attracts sand and dirt very quickly and is often times tracked back into the unit we will work on the cleanliness of the patio outside area.

We had a terrific week at the condo. Beautiful ocean view on a spacious balcony. We had plenty of room for a family trip in the very clean condo.The amenities are perfect. Washer and dryer and full kitchen came in handy for the week. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to end the day. It’s location was perfect to enjoy all that North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach has to offer. We will definitely be returning.

This condo made our amazing trip to North Myrtle that much better! The condo was super clean and exactly as described. It is very close to everything. Not more than a 5 minute drive to anything we did in NMB. My biggest complaint is that the check in office was a little hard to find, but that was more of a GPS issue than anything else. The staff in the office were super friendly. They even called during our stay to inform us that the building was shutting off the water for 2 hours to deal with a small plumbing issue. We were missing our swim bands for the pool from our check in folder. The staff was amazing and brought them directly to us at the condo within 30 minutes. All around, we love this condo and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future!

I was hesitant about staying at this building as we stayed in the same building the year before, we went thru a different realty company, and the unit was outdated. but to my surprise this unit was very modern and was great for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo right on the beach. We particularly appreciated the private balcony which seemed to enhance the ever present, peaceful sound of the waves. Location conveniently located close to everything: shops, food, entertainment. Pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, with little to no neighbor noise. Staff was helpful, warm & friendly.

We enjoyed the beautiful view and the location was perfect. The condo needed to have the floors washed and the counters cleaned. One bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower, This was reported to the agency two days later because we came in late on the holiday weekend. They asked if we wanted someone to come and clean a little. At that point, we cleaned the bathrooms and counters already.

Our suite was wonderful. Second floor, beautiful view of the ocean and not far at all to walk either to pool are or beach. I like the fact there was a MB lifeguard on duty and we could rent chairs and umbrellas! The unit was clean and newly remodeled. Kitchen was great, everything accessible and so happy to have Kerrigan coffee maker, washer and dryer worked great. It was a little tight in the master facing the ocean, not a lot of room to put clothes. Bed slept great! It was very quiet. We loved it and it felt like home before we left. The only small thing was the AC. It was set at 78 and we would have preferred to have it just a bit cooler. We are TOTALLY coming back and hopefully get the same unit. Loved it!!!!
Also maintenance does an amazing job keeping everything clean and smelling good.

Loved having my morning coffee on the Oceanfront balcony to watch the Sunrises!! The unit appears recently renovated with modern bathrooms. Beds are comfy and full kitchen met all our need. Will definitely come again!

The location of the condo was fantastic with ocean views from the balcony. Easy beach access. The interior of the condo was updated and the 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom was a plus. Very clean. Close by to attractions.

Location is perfect! We enjoyed having our morning on the balcony watching the sunrise and some days with dolphins playing along the shore!
The condo was very clean and well maintained with remodeled Baths! Heated indoor pool and outdoor hot tub was perfect for our March stay! Service was great especially Leila who was very friendly and helpful. She offered us extra beddings for the sleeper even though we end up not needing it. Will definitely coming back and recommend it to our friends!

Our friend recommended to us. The location is perfect right on the beach!! Loved having coffee and breakfast on the balcony watching the sunrise and activities on the beach below!!
The unit is small (about 700 Sq feet), but very clean , well designed and fully furnished!! The Management Co. are very helpful during checking in, especially Tracy who was pleasant and friendly! Only complaint was that they were in the process of upgrading elevators, so only one of the them functional during our stay, which made our waiting time a bit longer for the elevator!! Would definitely come back again!
