This classic 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex is the upper floor of two levels. Come and enjoy the rustic knotty pine coastal cabin vibe at this private home duplex -- rent upstairs "A" or rent downstairs "B". Both floors are readily available if you have plans for a larger group. The two parts of the home are separate, but connected by outside stairs for easy access of each section, by front or back doors. The homes interiors are a top and bottom "mirror image" layout of kitchens, bedrooms/baths, family room, dining space, porches and a shared outdoor laundry area.
Your reservation includes bed and bath linens, with all beds freshly made upon arrival. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, per floor. The master features a Queen with it's own private bathroom, tub/shower combo. One guest room offers 2 DOUBLE beds (sleeps 4 per room). The 3rd guest room has a Queen bed and shares the hall bath. This shared bathroom is shower stall only.
There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and in the living room area. Plenty of space for everyone in the living room with the sofa and two recliners. The kitchen offers full size appliances (no dishwasher) and essentials for grilling or cooking. A large table with seating for your evening meals to discuss your days events and plan the next days adventures. There are also gas and charcoal grills with outdoor dining furniture for your burger night cook out.
Just minutes away, in the heart of Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach is our most popular destination, Barefoot Landing. Enjoy Broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues and over 100 shops and restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover in the Spring of 2019 to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. There are kids attractions and weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. You'll find everything from the best beach wear, shoe shopping, wonderful sweet shops filled with treats, to LIVE alligators and tigers to amaze. You can rent jet skis on the Waterway, cruise in a dinner boat, rent a pontoon or guided fishing expedition, and even enjoy the views from one of the fantastic BareFoot restaurants It will be a special event to add to your beach memories.
A short 20 minute drive to Myrtle Beach and the excitement of Broadway at the Beach will WOW everyone, of every age, in your group. This huge FUN complex offers unique places to shop, eat, celebrate & play. There are endless specialty shops to seek out the perfect take-home souvenir. Shop till you drop, enjoy the rides and attractions or a great meal and then the exciting night life and entertainment. There are fireworks displays twice a week during the summer season. There are over 35 great restaurants including: Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Johnny Rockets, Dave & Busters, King Kong Sushi, Landry's Seafood, Liberty Brewery, Paula Deene's, Joe's Crab Shack, Wahlburgers and the Grumpy Monk, just to name a few! Attractions and entertainment include Ripleys' Aquarium, GrandPrix / Nascar Speed Track, Myrtle Beach Pelicans baseball stadium, Wonder Works (science adventure), Myrtle Waves, TopGolf, Hollywood Wax Museum, as well as amusement rides, musical entertainment and children's play area.

We had a good stay because of the great location. Right across the street from the beach is perfect with the public access walkway. The housekeeping needs improvement!! We found a dead fly in fridge, used diaper underneath trash bag in kitchen, grime on window sills, water bottles on floor in bedroom, bugs on bathroom floor, mold in shower when we arrived. The washer/dryer don't function very well. It took 5 hours to wash and dry one load. Electrical outlets are hard to come by. The air conditioning is fantastic though; which was great because it was a hot week. :)

We apologize if we fell short on your vacation expectations as we strive on providing clean, sanitized properties to all guests. When cleaning issues are noticed, it is important that the guest notifies the rental company immediately to ensure we address the issues and rectify them as quickly as possible. If you would have notified our office staff of these mentioned issues we would have surely taken care of them for you. We are sorry we were not given the opportunity to do so.
We are working on getting some updates completed in this property, so by next season it will be like brand new. We hope you'll allow us the opportunity to serve you in the future for your vacation needs. Great place , washer didn’t work too well and no dishwasher but would stay again .
