Availability and Booking
Each level is completely revamped from floor to ceiling. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, per floor. The master features a KING with it's own private bathroom, tub/shower combo. Each guest room offers 2 DOUBLE beds (sleeps 4 per room). The guest rooms have a shared jack-n-jill style bathroom with a tub. No details were spared to update this spacious 2-story home and provide all the extras -- new large flat screen TV's in all bedrooms, fresh bedding ensembles, too, well stocked kitchens, freshly re-painted walls, comfortable couches and chairs, stacked front loader washers & dryers, new decorative bath tiling and updated laminate flooring throughout - NO CARPET. The kitchen offers granite counters and new appliances for delightful meal planning. There is also a granite breakfast bar with stools and a large dinette set that seats 8 around the table for a family gathering whether it's game night or pizza night.
All bedrooms and family room furnishings were thoughtfully appointed for a seaside inspired and relaxing vacation. The bedrooms are bright and airy with ceiling fans to cool your slumber. Enjoy the ocean breezes from the covered front porch rocking chairs. Ocean peeks are easily viewed from across the street, too. Spend your time floating in the pool while the burgers are cooking -- 2 charcoal grills, and one propane. There are lounge chairs by the pool and shared supplies of beach chairs/sand toys readily stored outside to make your car packing a little lighter. Pool is 15 ft. x 25 ft., 5 ft. deep.(NOT HEATED)
Just minutes away, in the heart of Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach is our most popular destination, Barefoot Landing. Enjoy Broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues and over 100 shops and restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover in the Spring of 2019 to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. There are kids attractions and weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. You'll find everything from the best beach wear, shoe shopping, wonderful sweet shops filled with treats, to LIVE alligators and tigers to amaze. You can rent jet skis on the Waterway, cruise in a dinner boat, rent a pontoon or guided fishing expedition, and even enjoy the views from one of the fantastic BareFoot restaurants
A short 20 minute drive to Myrtle Beach and the excitement of Broadway at the Beach will WOW everyone, of every age, in your group. This huge FUN complex offers unique places to shop, eat, celebrate & play. There are endless specialty shops to seek out the perfect take-home souvenir. Shop till you drop, enjoy the rides and attractions or a great meal and then the exciting night life and entertainment. There are fireworks displays twice a week during the summer season. There are over 35 great restaurants including: Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Johnny Rockets, Dave & Busters, King Kong Sushi, Landry's Seafood, Liberty Brewery, Paula Deene's, Joe's Crab Shack, Wahlburgers and the Grumpy Monk, just to name a few! Attractions and entertainment include Ripleys' Aquarium, GrandPrix / Nascar Speed Track, Myrtle Beach Pelicans baseball stadium, Wonder Works (science adventure), Myrtle Waves, TopGolf, Hollywood Wax Museum, as well as amusement rides, musical entertainment and children's play area.

Everything was almost "as advertised". I would reccomend a few small adjustments: 1. The kitchenware was less than desireable. I was told that all the necessites were there. No coffee maker in downstairs unit. Only 4 coffee cups in upstairs unit. 2. When you put several "fines" on the propery, including having the grill cleaned after our stay or pay a $200 fine. Please make sure the grill is cleaned whan we get there. There were 3 grills, and none of them, to us, were usable. Some one did come over and "dust" them, but as much as we like to grill (Salmon, steaks, burgers, and hot dogs) no one wanted to use any of the grills on property. 3. The remote in the upstairs unit did not work. We replaced batteris, and still nothing.
As these are all minor things, it did not keep us from having a wonderful 6 nights.
And, we would definately book these units again.

Hey James! Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback on your stay at our Island Time property! We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay! I would also like to apologize for the lack of necessities and the grills. Just recently we went into our "inventory" stage. Meaning we go into the rental and check the kitchen necessities, find what needs to be replaced or added. We also inform them about things throughout the rental that need to be fixed, washed, replaced or removed. We will make sure that the kitchen is restocked with everything it may need, and also inform them about the grills. We have since replaced the remote in that bedroom so hopefully that doesn't happen again.

The house interior was recently painted (0kay). I did record and comment on the questionable blemishes that I noticed upon arriving and entering the establishment. The surrounding vehicle traffic bothersome, especially in the early mornings. We paid too much for the rental, we found dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers and mold growing in several areas within the bathrooms. We also were not informed prior to arrival of an additional $300.00
refundable deposit. We have decided not to return in the future...
Hello Jeffrey. We appreciate you taking time to write this review as feedback from guests is extremely vital to ensure highest quality units and service. We apologize that you had issues with our property at Island Time. It is imperative that when issues arise in a rental property that the guest notify the rental agency promptly to address any issues, otherwise, we are unaware things are wrong until guest departure or review is written. In regards to the $300.00 security deposit upon check in, this is disclosed very clearly in the rental agreement contract all guests sign upon making their reservation, so we are sorry if you may have missed this section. We hope that you change your mind and allow us to welcome you back in the future. Take care!
