When rented as "COMBINED FLOORS", this nostalgic 6 bedroom, 4 bath home offers two separate levels, but both are accessible from exterior stairs, using both the front or back doors. Come and enjoy an "original" coastal cottage at this private residence for your large family or group. Both top and bottom interior levels are a "mirror image" layout of (2) kitchens, (6) bedrooms, (4) baths, family room, dining space, porches and a shared, exterior laundry room. Each floor has an identical bedding arrangement of: 1 King bed (guest room), 2 Full Beds (guest room) and 1 Queen Bed (master w/ attached full bath).
Your reservation includes bed and bath linens, with all beds freshly made upon arrival. With plenty of space for multiple families, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, per floor. Up and down master bedrooms feature a Queen bed with it's own private bathroom, tub/shower combo. Then, one guest room offers 2 DOUBLE beds (sleeps 4 per room). The 3rd guest room has a KING bed and shares the hall bath (shower stall only/no tub). Bathrooms are nicely updated in this vintage home.
There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and the family room areas. Plenty of seating space for family gatherings in the living room with the sofa and two recliners The 2 kitchens offer full size appliances (NO dishwasher) but complete with large tables, enough seating to enjoy meals or game nights together. Great grilling options (charcoal and gas) for hot dogs and burgers around the outdoor tables and chairs and umbrellas, too. And the perfect oasis with a pool to cool off.
Just minutes away, in the heart of Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach is our most popular destination, Barefoot Landing. Enjoy Broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues and over 100 shops and restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover in the Spring of 2019 to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. There are kids attractions and weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. You'll find everything from the best beach wear, shoe shopping, wonderful sweet shops filled with treats, to LIVE alligators and tigers to amaze. You can rent jet skis on the Waterway, cruise in a dinner boat, rent a pontoon or guided fishing expedition, and even enjoy the views from one of the fantastic BareFoot restaurants It will be a special event to add to your beach memories.
A short 20 minute drive to Myrtle Beach and the excitement of Broadway at the Beach will WOW everyone, of every age, in your group. This huge FUN complex offers unique places to shop, eat, celebrate & play. There are endless specialty shops to seek out the perfect take-home souvenir. Shop till you drop, enjoy the rides and attractions or a great meal and then the exciting night life and entertainment. There are fireworks displays twice a week during the summer season. There are over 35 great restaurants including: Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Johnny Rockets, Dave & Busters, King Kong Sushi, Landry's Seafood, Liberty Brewery, Paula Deene's, Joe's Crab Shack, Wahlburgers and the Grumpy Monk, just to name a few! Attractions and entertainment include Ripleys' Aquarium, GrandPrix / Nascar Speed Track, Myrtle Beach Pelicans baseball stadium, Wonder Works (science adventure), Myrtle Waves, TopGolf, Hollywood Wax Museum, as well as amusement rides, musical entertainment and children's play area.

When we arrived we were greeted by the most professional and polite staff that work at the front desk. We had no issues finding the property as the directions were spot on. Very clean place, the owner offers everything you need for a stay at the beach it is well accommodated. The pool felt amazing, the water was great. Nice to have a pool available and the beach within less than a minutes walk. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have the best vacation of their life.

Loved every detail of this house. We got a big surprise a check in when learned that the owner had installed a pool !!! The kids loved it even more then going to the beach. The split level home allowed my brother and his family and my family to vacation together but have private time when needed. Last thing I would like to add is the vacation rental was spotless that is always one of my wife’s biggest concerns when traveling, and they exceeded her expectation !!!
