DOWNSTAIRS:The first bedroom has 2 double beds. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a twin bed. There is a shared full bathroom with a shower stall on this first floor. (Sleeps 9)
The large kitchen/dining area has a kitchen table for 6 and 6 barstools at the counter. The living area has a 50" smart TV with cable tv access, lots of games for groups of all ages, and a nice selection of books for reading enjoyment. There is a roomy screened porch off of the living room, with breezes and peaks of ocean views. Chairs available for relaxing or picnic tables for dining.
UPSTAIRS: There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, a 32" smart TV, has cable access, and a roof top deck that faces the Atlantic with ocean views across the street; a great space for basking in the sun or evening sunset views. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV (no cable access). The third bedroom has a twin bed with a flat screen TV (DVD player for movie enjoyment but no cable access). For all smart TV's you will need your own log-in to a service provider. (Sleeps 5)
There is a full bathroom upstairs with a tub /shower combination. Also upstairs, in the hallway between bedrooms, there is a full size washer and dryer.
OUTSIDE: In addition to the roof deck, and screened porch, there is another seating area with a gas grill. The parking space allows for 5 cars (or less if SUV's). There is a privately enclosed shower (outside) on the west-facing side of the house. This house is pet friendly with a 2 dog, 40 pound maximum size. Cats are NOT allowed. Non-refundable pet fee of $300/per pet is due with Deposit.
NOTE: There is a private owner's apartment attached to back of house. Owner access only please.

Love, Love, Love this unit so close to the beach and wonderful views even form the 2nd floor. Tyrone and Amanda Saved our vacation after we got to myrtle and another rental company had rented our unit to another group However the ODVR team turned it around for a wonderful vacation

Let me start off by saying this was a great home for our family of 7. Love the character and charm of an original beach house. It is very roomy. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Out side grill area was spacious also. We used that area most days. The upstairs deck was very nice with ocean views. The home was equipped with games for the kids. Tv’s were nice. The outside showers were locked with combination locks, so those weren’t available for use. The home does need a place to to rinse off before entering especially if you have kids. I would definitely rent this home again. We all loved the home and spent much needed family time together. Would definitely recommend. Great location.
