The interior of this home is nicely appointed with a bright and cool coastal vibe to keep a smile on your face. There are windows from every angle to enjoy the S.C. sunshine. You will appreciate the new bedding throughout all guest rooms, updated bathrooms, nicely appointed kitchen with 2 coffee makers (regular & pods), lots of family room seating around a large flatscreen tv, spacious dining w/seating for six and stackable laundry units.
The home is rented as "Downstairs Only" 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The roomy master provides a king bed with a private en-suite bathroom. Large vanity and tub/shower combo for your use. Both guest rooms offer 2 full size beds, in each room (sleeps 8 total) and share a nice jack-n-jill bathroom with tub/shower combo, too. Your reservation includes bed and bath linens and a starter kit of paper products.
While the owner keeps the upstairs unit for their own private visits, rental guests booked for DOWNSTAIRS, have exclusive and private use of the pool. Sorry POOL CANNOT BE HEATED.
The path to the beach is just steps from the front porch. Take a stroll or take a seat -- the front porch rocking chairs are an irresistable way to spend a few hours enjoying a breeze in the shade. Enjoy all of the private, outside space including a fantastic hammock positioned under the shade of a 100+ year old live oak, or the pool deck, with plenty of lounge chair seating to relax. There's room for sunbathing or napping in the shade. Bring your favorite pool toys for splashing!!! Of course, an outdoor shower to rinse and leave the sand outside.
Families and small groups are invited. Easy parking for 4 cars and motorcycles/trailers are allowed.

Just minutes away within North Myrtle Beach, is our most popular destination, Barefoot Landing. Enjoy broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues and over 100 shops and restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover since Spring 2019 to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. Blended with nature surrounding, are kids attractions and weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. You'll find everything from the best beach wear, shoe shopping, wonderful sweet shops filled with treats, to LIVE alligators and tigers to amaze. You can rent jet skis on the Waterway, cruise in a dinner boat, rent a pontoon or guided fishing expedition, and even enjoy the 26 acres of water views from one of the fantastic BareFoot restaurants
A short 20 minute drive to Myrtle Beach and the excitement of Broadway at the Beach will WOW everyone in your group. This huge FUN complex offers unique places to shop, eat, celebrate & play. There are endless specialty shops to seek out the perfect take-home souvenir. Shop till you drop, enjoy the rides and attractions or a great meal and then, the exciting night life and entertainment. There are fireworks displays during the summer season. There are over 35 great restaurants including: Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Johnny Rockets, Dave & Busters, King Kong Sushi, Landry's Seafood, Liberty Brewery, Paula Deene's, Joe's Crab Shack, Wahlburgers and the Grumpy Monk, just to name a few! Attractions and entertainment include Ripleys' Aquarium, GrandPrix / Nascar Speed Track, Myrtle Beach Pelicans baseball stadium, Wonder Works (science adventure), Myrtle Waves, TopGolf, Hollywood Wax Museum as well as amusement rides, musical entertainment and a childrens' play area.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. Location was awesome! Just a few steps from the beach and easy access to all restaurants and activities. I will call this an apartment and not a house. You can hear every move the upstairs tenant makes, but they werent there long. But overall good was 3 adults and 2 small kids. Never felt cramped but was cozy. Was stocked well with basic necessities except an iron/board. Front porch was nice for evening sitting. Pool was private but not secluded. Good size and cleaned professionally throughout the week. I do recommend cutting that beautiful tree back just a bit. Lol. Inside conditions were ok. Don't expect fully updated. Noticeable water damage.Floors and bathtubs need replacing and beds are loud. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a relaxing time. With a few maintenence updates I would definitely stay again. You really can't beat the location for the price. And that means alot for a stay at the beach. I would recommend this place.

The house was steps from the public beach access and the pool was the perfect size. The rooms were a great fit for our family of 6. Biggest issues were that there were no curtains so the street lights and car lights were annoying at night. There also wasn’t a vacuum and it’s hard to get sand up with just a broom and dust pan. Otherwise, the property was great.
