This wonderful condo at Cypress Bend in Barefoot Landing Resort is a light-filled end unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings with large flat screen tv, washer/dryer, and screened-porch overlooking the golf course. Relax with your morning coffee on the patio. The kitchen includes essential appliances, dishware, cookware, glasses, utensils, & everything you'll need to prepare a meal. Dining area seating for 6 and barstools for 2.

This unit is located on the 1st floor, so easy front door parking. The condo is pet friendly and requires a $300 non-refundable pet fee/per pet. Maxiumum size 40 pounds.

All three bedrooms include TV'S. Master bed is a queen with ensuite bathroom (tub/shower combo). The guest rooms share the hall bathroom (tub/shower combo) and consists of twins (2), and one queen. Your reservation at this great rental property includes your bed and bath linens, beds freshly made before arrival, a starter kit of paper products, as well as your departure cleaning.

The sunny community pool is in the center of the complex, but close walking distance to this unit. There is also an outdoor charcoal grill station by the pool. All BareFoot Resort guests also have access to the grand, one-acre pool at the Barefoot North Tower Resort, located by the marina. From about Memorial Day to Labor Day, the Barefoot Resort communities are offered a FREE beach shuttle to be dropped off at Windy Hill Beach, near 48th ave S, or the North Tower Pool, or at Barefoot Landing's retail shopping and dining center! No traffic or parking worries for you.

At the beach, NO beach badges required. If you choose to drive, the beach is approx. 2 miles away, where you can park at any public access parking lot, for $2/hour. If you need beach supplies, then umbrellas and chairs can be rented thru our NMB city beach services (set up and taken down for you daily on the beach) or we can recommend a local rental service (cheaper) that will bring any items to your door and pick them up again at departure. This vendor also offers items such as bicycles, baby cribs, as well as beach essentials.

Locally, you will be delighted with everything Barefoot Resort has to offer, from golf, dining, shopping, entertainment and attractions, all within minutes of your condo. Barefoot Resort hosts four championship golf courses: Fazio, Dye, Love, and Norman. The 2300-acre master planned communities are nestled in a lush green paradise, just across the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway. Just minutes in any direction of NMB, are restaurants, theaters, attractions, entertainment, shopping centers and outlet malls to fulfill your vacation needs.

Head a little further south to Myrtle Beach and you will find endless unique shops, restaurants and tourist attractions, such as Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand Mall, and 2 Tanger Outlets and the nostalgic MB Boardwalk.
