Wonderfully decorated and a great location. Has all that North Myrtle beach has to offer.

We really enjoyed our week, especially the deck overlooking the oceanfront. Ate breakfast there each day.

Would love to do it again.

The villa was very nice but lacking in several areas that needed updated. The carpeting needed a shampoo and the main bathroom needed a new shower rod since the present one was nothing but rust. The sliding door was very hard to open. The silverware drawer was stocked to the gills but many were tarnished/rusted and should be discarded. New mattresses are needed also. And we didn't appreciate the bugs which we thought were cockroaches but were told they are palmetto bugs prevalent in the south. I have been a regular visitor to the North Myrtle area for the past 25-plus years and these are the first palmetto bugs we've seen.The pool wasn't very clean and it took three phone calls to get this accomplished. Please remedy all this for the next guests. Overall, we were treated excellent by the people at ODVR especially Leila.

Thank you for the review. The owner will be made aware of all issues that you noted. During your contact with the office, none of the items listed were mentioned, other than pool and bugs. The condo owner was immediately involved, the same day, when you called about the pool. The owner confirmed that the pool cleaning is provided on a DAILY basis and you reported back that you saw 2 pool cleaners the very next morning. The owner was also willing to contact the HOA to request a "refresh" from the pool company. Regarding the palmetto bugs, they are very common in all warm areas from SC to FL. The HOA of this property also provides a contracted Pest Control Service for regular treatment. When we sent our ODVR maintenance staff over to do an additional touch-up treatment, you DECLINED the service at the door. We are always glad to respond quickly and favorably to guest critiques.

The pool wasn’t cleaned the whole week and pull of bugs and sand. The room needs a really good deep clean. Refrigerator smelled like fish.I washed blankets just to lay over the couch and chair cause they looked so dirty. We had runners above us all week at the break of dawn. Had people beside us playing music and loud base at 1:30 am. People out by the pool many nights well after 11pm. The cheapest most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. All in all the room was Ok but definitely not worth the 2000 I paid.

Stayed at this condo for our first family vacation in Myrtle Beach. Overall a nice condo. Lots of nice updates/newer appliances. Both sliding doors need replaced/repaired as they're very difficult to open & close. The bed in the master is uncomfortable and needs replaced. The unit is well stocked with necessary amenities. Good location as well. Listing shows a hot tub on site but there isn't one. The pool was sandy & dirty and needed cleaned. The internet in the unit was worthless for streaming. Enjoyable stay but will look for a different place next time based on the price we paid here.

Condo was perfect. There was a lot of detail in how it was furnished. You really felt like you were at he beach. Very clean and had been recently updated.
It was a great location. Easy access to the beach. Restaurant close by for take out or dine in. Food was very good. Found the renting company to be rude and unprofessional.

Ms. Szybura we remember your visit well! We are surprised at the low ranking you provided for the ODVR office/staff. Internally, we had documented no less than 7 lengthy conversations since your reservation was accepted back in June. We offered you fun, local suggestions for your girls beach trip plans and explained all of our reservation procedures. In additiona, the Rental Agreement you signed, does explain our policy that guests refunds are processed within 7-10 days. The only issue seemed to be that you called 10 days AFTER check-out, during a rare NMB city-wide power outage, and accused our office of "playing games and shady business practices" and threats to "dispute charges w/ Am/Ex". While we could not answer the business phones or email for appx 30-45 mins, due to power/internet outage, we did call you immediately the same day! However, your main complaint at the time, was that you had traveled to NY, and were NOT HOME in NEVADA, to check your own mail, so it was not possible to confirm if your refund check had been received. We will assume that your refund check has since arrived, since we did not hear back from you.

Lovely 2 bedroom updated condo but not so happy with internet. Lots of amenities: a coffee maker and a k-cup maker, hair dryers in each bathroom, 50+ inch tv in living room and nice sized tvs in bedrooms, comfortable furniture. Our favorite place was the screened in porch that overlooks the neighboring outdoor bar/pool with great live and recorded music. The only major complaint was that there is only unsecured internet available and it’s hosted by the HOA and connection was sporadic. Buffering on TV and no connection on tablets. If owner would consider secured internet and prorate the monthly bill on weekly rental fees we would have been happy to pay a little more for secured internet.

Great location and beautifully decorated. However the dust, floors and carpets could use a good cleaning. We vacuumed daily and washed the floors.
