First floor consists of kitchen, bar with stools, dining room with seating for four, a half bathroom, and a spacious living room with leather sectional and television. Right outside the kitchen is a fenced patio area with room to store beach chairs, strollers, umbrellas, etc.

Both bedrooms are upstairs and each has a dresser, bed, and attached full bathroom with shower and tub. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans. Full size washer and dryer on second floor as well.

Free parking, 1 car. There is a park with tennis courts about 3 blocks away between my townhome and the beach. Shopping, restaurants, and groceries are nearby.
Other things to note
This home is part of a quiet townhome community and the HOA has restrictions on noise after 9PM. It's best suited for families or couples looking for something quiet and clean.
