From the front porch entry this ground-level villa opens to a contemporary living and dining area, with a full open-kitchen concept and your own private deck. There are many things to enjoy during your getaway, stroll to the pools, golf in the area, or relax with a glass of wine on the patio surrounded by grassy lawns and beautiful shade trees. Plan delicious meals around the dining table or a pack a picnic for the beach. All of the essentials you need for a wonderful stay and great memories at the beach!
Make your home away from home in the spacious master (king bed) with en-suite bath and huge vanity and 2 large closets. Oversize windows give views onto a "green-scape" park setting and private access door to the patio. One guest room offers double beds and private walk-out patio and shares the updated hall bath with full tub/shower combo. The third guest room, with another king bed, has large, bright window, views of the pines and palms. Every room has new flat screen tv's for relaxing down time.
In NMB, Barefoot Landing brings Broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues & over 100 shops and restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover since 2019 to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. There are kids attractions and weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. You'll find everything from the best beach wear, shoe shopping, wonderful sweet shops filled with treats, to LIVE alligators & tigers to amaze. Our family had a wonderful vacation in Kingston Plantation at Myrtle Beach, SC. Our Villa was spacious with 3 bedrooms and was close to the pools and beach. You won’t be disappointed with this Villa.

Very clean, had an internet problem and it was fixed in exceptional time. Rose the lady in the Kingston Plantation satellite office is awesome she needs a raise!!
