Villa 3 is a 4 bedroom/ 4 bath villa with all new luxury vinyl flooring. All new appliances, upgraded cabinets and granite countertops. Not to mention all new mattresses and headboard sets. The spacious master bedroom has a wonderful king bed with an attached private bath, consisting of a vanity with tub/shower combo. It has its own sofa and new 45 inch smart TV. There are 2 guestrooms with queen beds that shares an attached "Jack'n Jill" bath between the pair. There is another full bathroom in the hall for guest to use. Bedroom number 4 is a hidden oasis you go up the spiral staircase into a quiet loft with two private balconies (front & back), luxury private bath including a jetted tub. Up here in the 3rd floor hidden oasis, you will find 2 twin beds, perfect for the teenagers or young kids to have a space all to their own.
