This was our second time renting this house. We love the house, the space and the fact that is close to everything. We cooked and we cleaned as well. I completely recommend this house for vacationing. Hope to come back in 2020.

This location was nice and quite. The pool area was nice. The only thing I recommend is that who ever cleans do a better job in dusting and cleaning under the furniture making shore no one has left any belongs behind. Also put a television in the 3rd bedroom.

It is a wonderful resort and golf course community with a newly updated commercial complex for shopping, dining and activities to entertain everyone in the group. We do accept every compliment, comment and criticism with equal importance; so your concerns that underneath all beds should be double-checked will be conveyed as high-priority to our housekeeping staff. We usually do return many personal articles left behind, during the course of summer. The owner may consider your television request in the future, too. The condo is a wonderful end unit and great for the family pets to visit, too. Thank you for taking the time to let us know your thoughts. I have been visiting, vacationing and once lived in Myrtle Beach and I've learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. So while it's not exactly cheap - this unit in particular and all of its inclusions were worth EVERY penny to my wife, 7 month old son, Wheaten Terrier and of course myself.

This is an end/corner unit. You have more grass and parking than other units. On the main floor is the master bedroom with ensuite 4 piece bath and a very large walk in closet. The kitchen, living, 2 piece powder/restroom and dining are also on the main floor as is the laundry with front and rear unit access. A fully furnished patio overlooking the pond and fountain makes for a very nice spot to enjoy a few evening beers, wine with dinner. No BBQ on site which would have been a huge plus but my next visit, I'll bring my own Weber. On the second floor is two very large spare rooms with a shared 3 piece bath. Lots of closet space. Lots of room to move. Lots of room for priavacy. There is a large TV in the living room, master bedroom and one in one of the upstairs rooms. Two video game consoles for the kids.

Access to all the pools - amazing. The salt water was nice but we found the shared communal pool much better. There are picnic areas with two charcoal BBQ's there with lots of seating.

Heron Bay itself was quite quiet and pleasant to be in. You're a ten minute drive to the beach. Lots of shopping and our favourite - the House of Blues.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU BRING THE FAMILY FOR SUNDAY GOSPEL AND BRUNCH AT THE HOUSE OF BLUES. Probably the best family fun you can have on a Sunday.

There ya have it. I can't say anything negative about this place. It is ABSOLUTELY ideal for two couples with a 1-4 children. Or even three couples with no kids. Privacy is not compromised thanks to the builders layout.

Owners Direct was awesome to deal. A big thanks to the fine ladies there for making our vacay top notch and VERY memorable.
