Your bed and bath linens will be fully stocked, beds made upon arrival, and departure cleaning is included with this magnificent 3 Bedroom/2 Bath condo. The 7th floor oceanfront balcony views of the big blue horizon will mesmerize. Beautifully furnished with new 65" TV in the living room.
This property has new bathrooms and showers, kitchen cabinets, backsplash, fridge and counters, and more to impress! New flooring throughout, tile in kitchen and bath areas, carpeted bedrooms.

There is an indoor pool and hot tub, as well as an outdoor pool; 2 charcoal grills; and a small gym. Two building elevators for easy loading and unloading.

It's just a few blocks to Barefoot Landing with over 60, specialty shops, beach stores, waterfront restaurants and music and ride attractions for the whole family to enjoy. Stroll thru this beautifully landscaped complex, and shop for jewelry, clothing, accessories, lots of beach items, and don't miss the black market mineral shoppe, specializing in real gemstone jewels, and inexpensive rocks and collectible stones.
Alligator Adventure will thrill kids of all ages, with alligator feeding times, hands on reptile shows, and 11 acres of wildlife viewing. ( your 2nd day is FREE)
The Alabama Theater offers live theater productions every day of the week (in season), with talent nothing short of Broadway! The Carolina Opry, and Pirates Voyage, also has great family oriented dinner shows.
A short 30 minute drive to Myrtle Beach offers Broadway at the Beach, our answer to a Boardwalk. This huge area always offers something new, from special shops, dining, entertainment and playtime for the kids. Shop till you drop or just enjoy the rides and attractions in this mega outdoor world devoted to tourists fun. There are over 35 great restaurants including: Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Paula Deens family style restaurant, Wahlburgers, Johnny Rockets, Carolina Ale House, Key West Grill, King Kong Sushi, Landry's Seafood, and Joe's Crab Shack. Don't miss the fun at CROCODILE ROCKS!!!
A few additional attractions are Ripleys' Aquarium, Dragon’s Lair mini golf, Nascar Speed Track, Magi-Quest, Wonder Works (upside-down house hands on science museum). and Dave & Busters arcade. The night comes alive at Celebrity Square with dance clubs, such as Froggy Bottoms & Club Boca, Revolutions, Fat Tuesday, and the dueling piano sounds at Crocodile Rocks.
A new attraction in Myrtle Beach is the Sky Wheel, a 200' high view of the beach, in a totally enclosed, air conditioned, Ferris wheel cart. A recent addition is also the renovated oceanfront boardwalk area, with some gift shops, arcades and tourists attractions along the old Pavilion area.
A new and upscale area of Myrtle Beach is Market Commons. 40 shops, 8 restaurants and the Grand Cinema 14 are part of this new lakeside complex. Foot wear, home furnishings, handbags, jewelry & accessories, men's & women's apparel, swimwear, grocery and specialty stores, surrounded by lakes, fountains, sidewalks, bicycle trails, and bench seating and gazebos are a new experience for locals and renters alike.

Everything went smooth as far as getting into the condo, parking is convient. The condo was very comfortable and clean and the water pressure is excellent. We had a wonderful vacation! Will definitely stay there again.

The owner has done a tremendous job of remodeling the bathrooms and kitchen in this unit and it shows! Word of mouth from guests is always better than any pictures can convey. Really nice (and clean) condo unit. The sunrise, weather and ocean were really perfect. Great places to eat in the area: MOD Pizza and Ledo are two of the best. Oscar’s down the street is very reasonable and excellent food; Wild wings in Barefoot Landing; and Bagel Port. ODVR management team are truly the best, extremely helpful and polite. Many thanks

This place was fantastic! The condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved the easy access to the pools and beach. We discovered several great spots in the surrounding area. Our favorite spot was the "Melt Ice Cream Shop." We will be back soon!

Thank you -- enough said. We, at ODVR, are excited to get that kind of 5 star rating. This owner has done many improvements over the spring to get this condo vacation ready for his guest and it shows. Fresh paint, new flooring and furnishings and remodeled bathrooms just for starters. The WaterPointe II complex is also a great little gem in the heart of Windy Hill so that you can enjoy some of the "best of" North Myrtle Beach within a 5 minute drive. Nearby, BareFoot Landing Resort offers endless shopping, dining and entertainment venues. We thank you again for taking a minute to give us great feedback. Hope to see you return.

This unit at Waterpoint II was a great ocean front condo. The owner has remodeled this unit and it is sharp. We spent 11 nights here and had 6 people and never had cramped. This unit was extremely clean and the resort even though was very nice. Clean pools and hot tub. Quiet part of North Myrtle. Owner Direct was a great group to rent through. Highly recommend unit and rental
agency.

My stay at WaterPoint II was absolutely amazing! From the location, to the condo, to the beach, everything far exceeded my expectations. The location allowed my family and I to experience everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer--close proximity to shows, mini golf places, and awesome restaurants. The condo itself was in immaculate shape! Its home-like feel made us not want to leave. The view of the ocean and beach were by far our favorite, as we could wake up to the beautiful ocean every morning! I would highly recommend this location and condo to others!
