Even better, you can rent a golf cart to shuttle the family around for ice cream and mini-golf.
"My Place on Holly" is two floors -- each separate level has a family room and full kitchen with island/breakfast bar. Both kitchens offer full-size appliances (Stove, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave) with plenty of counter space and well stocked essentials for prepping family meals. Both family rooms are surrounded by bright windows and have extra comfortable seating and open concept space for gathering around the dining tables. Exterior stairs and porches allow access to each level, from both front and back of the house. Please note that there is NO interior access from upstairs to downstairs. Covered porches let you rock away your troubles enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktail. An outdoor shower makes it easy to go from hot beach to cool pool fun. Amazing 32' x 16' private pool, 4' deep! (NOT heated/Closed October-March) Plan a family feast around the gas propane grill located just by the pool with plenty of tables, chairs and umbrellas. The full sized washer/dryer laundry room is located outside. Pool and beach supplies are shared in the outside storage closets, too.
Fresh new bedding has been added to the sleeping arrangements that accomodate 21 total. There are 5 bedrooms on each floor with a combination of bunk beds, twins (7) , fulls (5), queens (2). Both Queen beds are located on the bottom floor. The lower floor shares 2 full baths and 1/2 bath (shower stall or tub/shower combo) and the upper floor shares 1 full bath and 2 -1/2 baths. Large groups will appreciate the split floorplan and enjoy common areas to make everyone comfortable. There are a total of 14 tvs -- 12 are smart tvs so Netflix and Hulu are readily available.
