This Master Bedroom is well appointed with a full length dresser, two night stands with lamps and a ceiling fan, TV, and DVD player. This master suite also features a large Private Bathroom with dual sinks, a Large Shower and a Jacuzzi for relaxing end to your day.
You are in for a surprise as this great condo has a 2nd Master Bedroom with a fantastic King Sized bed and a private bath! This fantastic condo has one more additional bedroom. This 3rd bedroom comes with 2 twin beds perfect for the kids or teens, full dresser, TV and DVD play. This 3th bedroom shared full hall bath.
The fully appointed kitchen features granite countertops, fridge, ice maker, glass top stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are dishes, silverware, a complete set of pots and pans and food preparation utensils. The kitchen also come complete with toaster, blender, hand mixer and coffee maker. Spacious new dining table with chairs for 6 and 3 br stools.
After a busy day at the pool, on the course or at the beach come home and relax in the spacious living room. With the sofa, love seat and 3 occasional chairs there is room for everyone, just sit back discuss your day or watch a movie on the large flat screen TV.
Connected to the living room is the wonderful covered balcony with easy access. Take your meal or your beverage out, have a seat and sit back and let the rest of the work go by!

Lots of potential, but needs TLC, musty, musty!
Property has an odor and is very musty. We called about this twice and it took six days to have someone come out and investigate/do a mold test. The rental company said it was the air conditioner, so if so, that needs fixed. The sliding glass door has trapped condensation so there is an obstructed view to Barefoot Landing. This needs replaced. Great Condo - Great Location
Very spacious and well appointed. Views of the inter-coastal and Barefoot Pool are awesome. Only steps to the Marina Bar and a short walk to Barefoot Landing. Family Vacation 2021
The unit is directly behind Barefoot Landing which enjoyable. Really nice view of the Waterway also. We ate once at the Marina Restaurant and it was good and fairly priced. The unit only had one trash can located in the kitchen. The master bath shower had a lot of mildew or mold in the lower grout joints. Great Unit and Great support from ODVR

WILL STAY AGAIN
WE STAYED 90 DAYS. HAD STAYED OTHER PLACES AT BAREFOOT BUT THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST. WAS HOPING TO STAY AGAIN. ONLY ONE PROBLEM WITH THE SLIDING DOOR, GLASS HAD BROKEN SEAL INSIDE AND COULDN'T SEE THROUGH IT.
