Ocean Keyes #4421 (Seashore Villas)

Perfect get away in North Myrtle Beach
This condo was the perfect fit for our get away. Walkable to beach, downtown & beautiful area for daily walks! Shopping & restaurants are only a short drive away too. The unit had plenty of space and all the necessities we needed. Gym was great and one of the tennis courts is lined for pickle ball ��. Will definitely come back to this unit when we return to NMB.

Ocean Keyes
We booked this place last minute as we were initially planning to go to the gulf coast of Florida but that area was impacted by Hurricane Ian. The rental agency was great. The place was clean and the location was ideal. Will definitely book this unit again.

A Lovely Getaway at Ocean Keyes
My family and I stayed at this condo in July, and it was perfect! Plenty of space for our family of 4 to stretch out, and the screened in porch was a lovely retreat for reading or dining outside. The place was clean, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The grounds of this rental community are perfectly manicured, and everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful. My kids loved access to all of the community pools. The condo is less than a mile to the beach. A nice walk, but you may want to drive down if you have lots to carry. We walked down to the beach in the evening for sunset walks and to take in the entertainment. Owner Direct Vacation Rentals was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this property!

Baseball Getaway
The condo was great. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen was light on essentials but overall very pleased.
The condo association was a little over the top. Pool was locked several times and never reopened. Constantly checking bands etc.
Also the owner should add an interior only lock. Having a single deadbolt with tins of keys floating around isn't the safest.

Thanks for the awesome review, we work hard to meet expectations like yours, and we?re happy to hear we hit the mark for you on somethings. The pool is operated by the Vila staff and HOA is completely out of our control when it opens or closes. Pool bands are constantly checked so that other people that are not guest cant swim this cuts down the extra traffic. Thank you for lock suggestion we will pass this along for review.

North Myrtle Beach Family vacation 2022
It was great!!!The condo was extremely clean. Very inviting. We would stay there again on our next trip to North Myrtle beach. It was in walking distance to the beach. The pool area was very nice. Absolutely would recommend this property.

Sun and Fun at N.Myrtle Beach
My family (2 daughters, 3 grandbabies)and I had a very nice stay at Ocean Keyes # 4421. The unit is located towards the back of Ocean Keyes which meant a little further walk to the beach but the overall location was very good. We decided to drive to the beach one day and were able to pay for parking ($2/hr).There was a pool right across from the unit so that was nice. The pool area has bathrooms, chairs, and tables with Umbrellas. The unit was just as depicted in the pictures. It was clean and has evrything we needed. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. It does back up to the road so there is a little traffic noise but that didn't bother us. We were quite pleased with the unit, location and the rental company.
