One Mile from Paradise is a breathtaking NEWLY built beach house located in Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. It is just a short drive to the beach, only 1 mile to the paradise beach. When you open the door, you will feel welcomed by the warmth of southern hospitality captured by One mile from Paradise. This residential family friendly neighborhood is the perfect location for you and your family. Your dream vacation will be made that much more relaxing when you choose this great beach cottage.
There is plenty of room for the whole family with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms sleeping 10 people. There is a king in the master bedroom that has a beautiful private bathroom with stand up shower stall, a king bed in the second bedroom, and twin bunk beds with another twin. These rooms share the hallway bathroom that has a shower tub combo. The kids will get to enjoy the upstairs loft area. It has a twin bed with a day bed with a trundle twin bed underneath, and private bath. Everyone of all ages will be entertained and have plenty of opportunities to relax. This house offers an open concept kitchen into the living room. It has granite countertops and full-size stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with BOTH, Keurig and regular coffee pot for everyone to enjoy their favorite morning brew.
If you don't feel like cooking, that's not a problem. This house is just minutes away from barefoot landing which has several restaurants as well as shopping and attractions. Make memories by having an outdoor family BBQ. There is a large shady backyard with a grilling area complete with table and chairs; everyone loves grilled steak or juicy hamburgers. Free Wi-Fi is provided as well as basic cable, with smart tv's, so you can watch your favorite streaming devices.
Guest will receive a golf cart voucher when renting this house so you and your family can enjoy 6 days with a 4 person golf cart. The golf cart rental is perfect for shuttling back and forth to the public beach access (there's one at about every block) and golf cart parking is a lot easier than the car. You can take a tour around town in the evenings for ice cream or mini-golf, both located at 17th Avenue. There is also a ping pong table and pickle ball fun for the whole family to enjoy!
The most famous area attractions, restaurants and shopping are a short drive away at Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach.

Brand new home and great location
We loved staying in this brand new home so close to the beach! Plus was gas appliances so we had endless hot showers. Easy walk to the beach every morning in a quiet safe neighborhood. Close to hwy 17 so easy access to stores.- Anonymous , Posted: 2/4/2025

Fantastic beach rental!
We were skeptical because the house said newly built with no reviews yet but we weren't disappointed. It was great having a brand new house to enjoy our vacation! No fingerprints or holes in walls. Fresh new concrete and furniture. It was a quiet neighborhood just a 20 minute walk to the beach or 5 minutes on the golf cart! Lots of grocery stores close by and dining. Our family was at the beach but once we crossed the busy highway we had a quiet neighborhood with no traffic and safe wide roads to ride our bikes or walk. It was really the best of both worlds; the quiet neighborhood married with the tourism and beach! Great place
Great place to stay in North Myrtle Beach! It is a short walk to the beach, which is very beautiful. You can tell it is newly constructed and has nice new appliances. The rooms are spacious and just right for what we needed. The screened in deck was nice to go out to in the evenings. The neighborhood was calm and quiet as well. We had a great time staying here. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet a few blocks from the beach. The beach is clean and wonderful. The house is lovely. It is a new residence with a large living room and kitchen. We especially enjoyed the large master bedroom and bathroom. Appliances were new. The yard was large with a screened in porch. There was a table tennis game in the garage with a net to play pickleball on the driveway. We enjoyed it, especially being so close to the beach. We plan on coming here again.- Anonymous U from Mt.
