Great view
Rise was great to deal with when problems came up, yes we had some problems. No tv remote for living room. ceiling spackling dripped down on shelving and toilet. will rent again with rose but not this unit.

Thank you for the review. We are delighted that our staff, specifically ROSE, could be helpful during your stay. We apologize for the missing tv remote but we were able to bring you a "universal" one to use until the problem could be corrected. The "ceiling dripping" problem was based on the condo above this one having a leak. This solution did take a little longer to address because the HOA/Maintenance staff of the Sands Beach Club had to be involved with the other owner. We apprecitate your understanding that situations like that are completely out of our control but we do try to be prompt with repsonses and facilitate any service calls that need access to our property. We are glad to help with future beach plans.

labor day week vacation
Seemed like an adversarial rental relationship.Charges for after hour calls, late return of booklet, failure to return parking pass.etc Remotes needed new batteries, tub did not drain, bathroom roof was leaking, key lock wouldn't work so had to use a very long factory code to get in. Arrived during the storm Idalia and was told if the balcony furniture was damage by the storm I was responsible so had to bring in very wet chairs.(Could of asked us if we would mind bring them in rather than threaten} TV cable wouldn't work for the first three days.
Rose was very nice but it seemed like a lot of regulations and potential charges in the booklet we were given. Never stayed anywhere where one was required to take the booklet back to the rental company, usually it remains in the condo.

Thank you for providing feedback and we do apologize if your trip did not go smoothly. While most people like the "contactless" entry systems versus " old-fashion key" entry there is always a chance that a lock, code, batteries, or app technology could fail at the most inopportune times. The unknowns of the Sept. storm approaching meant that our office had to react in real-time to HOA notices received from 75+ occupied properties and guests were asked to help with the situation. We always offer to send our own crew if the balcony items are too heavy or bulky for the interior space, but we are always glad to receive guest's help in these situations. Thank you again for your help! Your other issues with remotes, batteries and tub drains were all promptly treated service calls. Guests are provided a check-in binder with all pertinent information about each property with keys, pool / parking passes, codes, passwords, etc but those items must be returned at check-out as they are redistributed weekly and HOA's charge owners for replacements. When we receive the items at check-out guests are "cleared" of responsibility and there is no confusion as to what was left inside the property. We feel this is a simple arrival / departure system and allows for face to face personal contact with every guests. We are a small, local property management company and prefer to offer a hands-on approach with our guests and owners.

Perfect location perfect getaway
Perfect location great unit! Loved the view from all the windows! Only 5-10 minutes from all the best attractions! Room was clean and stocked with all the kitchen essentials! Beds were very comfortable looked and felt like new beds! Nice end unit on the 8th floor!

Great time and great condo
Traveled to MB for my birthday and our condo was great! It was everything we wanted and needed. Awesome views, comfortable accommodations, conveniently located to all we wanted to be near.

Memorial weekend
There were issues with this condo that were never addressed with myself. There seemed to be some electrical issues going on and the condo is dated. The television reception went out several times. They tell you there is a chute on your floor to throw your garbage in but there is not. Only one elevator worked and when reported they said usually one of them is out. The shower in the master suite you could hardly pull the lever us to get a showerl
