545 Seamark-Dirty and broken
This condo was not as described. I even told the person I got the keys from my frustration: dirty carpet, fridge shelves broken, washer and dryer inadequate and DONT put a towel on the balcony because I got charged 150. I called for a partial refund and was “promised” a call back...nope. Disappointing.

Thank you for the review. We are very sorry that this property did not meet your expectations. We always mention at check-in that cleaning issues are happily addressed for any guest to make your stay enjoyable. Sorry to say that a prior guest had broken the fridge shelves and the parts had to be ordered. The complex rules are established by the HOA and they are the ones that fined you for the towels on the balcony. You were provided with a copy of the complete list of HOA rules and regulations at check-in. During your stay, the HOA provided a time stamped picture of the infraction and reported that it was committed twice. We did call the property management company on your behalf to ask for a "warning" but because it happened twice they would not waive the penatly. NO Items hanging from balconies is a common rule along the beach. Sorry that you were disappointed with the outcome of their decision.

Family vacation was great
Rose was very professional and listened and responded to the concerns we had. Great lady to work with. Location was in a good spot. Our kids enjoyed every minute in Myrtle Beach. Definitely will recommend and will come back.

Great Location and Lots of Space!!
If you are looking for a little oasis close to the beach this is the spot. Not only was the condo great the building surrounding made you feel as if you were in a little secluded resort. Great job to the landscapers and residents who take care of the beautiful flowers and areas surrounding the pool and hot tub. The view from our condo was great and we spent many evenings enjoying the large porch. We had plenty of room for our family and with the short walk to the beach made getting everyone and everything there easily.

Thank you for the great review -- we agree that balcony view is beautiful, DAY OR NIGHT and Sea Mark Tower is a great choice. The grounds are well kept with nice marsh surroundings and the shady residential street is a nice change from the rows of high rises on the beach. Please let us know when you are ready to return to the beach.

Family vacation stay
The property was located in a great location near all. Close walk to beach and the pool was a great addition. We truly had a wonderful time. Our dishwasher did stop working on the second day there but they came in with a brand new dishwasher right away. We did have to wash the bedding prior to using.

Great Location with Relaxing Sea View!
Great location with a lovely balcony view of the ocean and a short walk to the beach. Convenient to entertainment areas, and close to shopping. Quiet and relaxing environment, which is well suited for a group of 8 family/friends. The property management company was professional and responded promptly to our needs. The Security personnel was helpful and made us feel welcome. Lovely decor with minor attention needed to deep cleaning. Overall a great vacation and we would definitely stay there again! Thank you to the owner and VRBO!
