Beach Vacation 2023

Family Vacation 2023
The condo was just as depicted. Very clean, updated & comfortable. Only thing missing....fans! Naturally you want to keep the a/c off as much as possible, so fans are a must. There was 1 tucked away in a closet. So, overall WONDERFUL, just bring a fan.

Exceptional Experience

Little Piece of Paradise
Perfect location, beautiful view- close to everything but not too busy. Nice kitchen w well supplied items for use if you plan to have meals at the condo. Comfortable beds- loved the rocking chair! Only thing to make it more perfect- more kitchen towels. Highly recommend something to bring things up- we bought a wagon helpful when leaving too! We had a fantastic week!

2 weeks of Sun and Fun!
Condo is as pictured. Spotless clean, and kitchen is well equipped. This was our 4th stay in 10G and we will be back! Our Rental representative was wonderful to work with, and made sure we got all questions answered. Rental process was very smooth.

Summer 2021
We had a great stay! The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning. Plenty of towels and a big bonus to have chairs and sand toys to use. The only downside is parking. Only two spaces. Not well thought out if three sets of adults share the condo.

Beautiful view
We love the Cherry Grove area. It’s not as crowded as Myrtle Beach. We cook most of our own meals and found the kitchen to be well stocked...needs more kitchen towels though. There is no grilling allowed so that did limit our menu. We loved the balcony and the table provided on it...we ate all our meals out there. It was well covered and we enjoyed the balcony even when it rained. We had friends join us for a few days and they said the queen bed was uncomfortable but the master bed was very nice. We had a very relaxing and much needed vacation here.

Home on the beach
Spent a wonderful winter in Sunrise Pointe, nice open concept condo and so comfortable. . The condo is well decorated and bedroom floors just redone with lovely plank flooring. The kitchen was well equipped with new pots and pans and many extra pieces that made cooking and baking easy. We enjoyed our time so much and are looking forward to going back next winter.

Sunrise Pointe #10G Oceanfront
Tracy - at VRBO office was fantastic - prior to arrival, upon arrival, during stay, & upon departure.
Place was exactly what I expected - loved it. Has both Keurig & regular coffee machines - in case you're wondering about coffee (type) to buy on the way there. ANY KIND!

Great Stay!
The owner direct office was easy to find and the employees located there were great. The Condo was clean. Great view from the 10th floor. The owners supplied good beach chairs in the storage unit. The kitchen had everything you need. I have 2 suggestions

1. The internet in this unit is slow. I had to get some work done and I had difficulty

2. The King bed Mattress needs replaced. You can hear the spring pop.

This complex, like most others along the beach, has a shared internet account, so as the rental occupancy rises with everyone watching videos and taking selfies, the internet source becomes drained. Sorry for your troubles with that issue. We hope the fantastic views, from marsh to ocean made up for it!!! Thanks again.

Spacious Beachfront
Very spacious as my Mom uses oxygen and walker. She had no problem moving around. Very clean, quiet and nicely furnished with a huge oceanfront balcony. Will definitely rent from VRBO again!

Our Labor Day Vacation
The condo was beautiful as described, plenty of utensils and everything you needed to cook with....the condo was very clean and taken care only complaint was the air conditioner I didn’t think was working properly...we did not keep the doors open for it to freeze up.... one of the blinds in the front did need fixing because it fell when we were opening it....over all we were very happy with our trip and would definitely stay again...the location was wonderful

We apologize if the air conditioning was not working properly during your holiday stay and we would gladly have sent a maintenance person to help if we had known before your departure. The owner of this particular condo has done a tremendous job of updating and decorating to offer guests a luxury oceanfront stay with all of the best comforts. A great experience!
This was a lovely condo. It had an amazing view and plenty of room. I enjoyed having a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. My kids really liked the lazy river.

The best part about staying in such homey, private condos, versus just a standard hotel, is that you do have all of the creature comforts of home. It's great to have family meals and movie night while you are on vacation, the lazy river and views are just the little extras that make it special. Great place for a family stay
We’ve been coming to north Myrtle beach for 20 years so we’ve seen many different places. This is a great one. Right on the beach, far enough from the crowds, and clean.
The space was well laid out, similar to other 3 bedroom units in the area. Great views of the Atlantic and close enough to walk to the cherry grove pier (~a mile).

The ocean front condo is well decorated, well supplied and a great space overall for a large family. Well thank you for your positive note. Vacation is all about spoiling yourself, just a little, and this condo at Sunrise Pointe is exactly the right choice to do so. The owner has it beautifully decorated and well equipped for a family, or two, to spend the week enjoying themselves on a wonderful beach getaway. The views from this 10th floor ocean front balcony would make breakfast taste better!!! The views of the beautifiul Cherry Grove marsh off of the front walkways aren't bad either. Family Beach Trip
Our family had a wonderful vacation at your condo. We loved the location on Cherry Grove Beach. Views were amazing! The condo itself was clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen - so nice since we like to cook at the condo vs eating out. Kids loved the enclosed heated pool even though it was a bit small. The linens and towels were included and of decent quality. The provided beach chairs and umbrellas were a nice touch - less to pack! We hated to leave the condo but hope to be back soon!
