The BAREFOOT LANDING location is very desirable for lots of folks that are splitting their time between beach, golf and shopping because it is central to everything in North Myrtle, plus the multiple pools that guests enjoy and the FREE shuttle to the hot spots, including the beach. Sorry it was not ideal for you, but of course we can always help with "location" questions for guests to make your plans even easier. Please call us again when you are ready to return to the beach!

Fully Satsified
My wife and I with our little poodle-mix had a great time staying at the Golfer's Delight. The home was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The bed and couch's were comfortable. I relied on the internet and the wireless connection was consistently strong. The only hiccup was that the community pool was closed for repairs for pretty much the first week of our two week stay. Also, be prepared to carry your stuff up a flight of stairs. Overall - we were fully satisfied with the rental. The staff at Owner Direct were fantastic!!

Fantastic!
The condo and surrounding property is very well taken care of. The location is great—we were able to easily get around to the beach and see all the things Myrtle Beach is known for. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Winter Getaway
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo and at Barefoot. Condo was as advertised, well furnished and in a great location. Management company was great and very responsive on a couple of minor concerns. Barefoot is a great location for golf with many, many nearby amenities.

Family vacation
The condo was beautiful. Clean and well maintained. It was so great to be able to take our dogs with us and still stay in a beautiful place. The resort itself was great, pool was nice and the property was very well maintained and clean. Great place to stay.

May Trip
I made a mistake renting and not realizing it was a second floor with no elevator. Too many steps for us old folks. The unit was nice, but the bed was very uncomfortable (too hard) and the couch and love seat need replacing. Staff was wonderful! Any problems were quickly addressed. This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach, and it took us the full week to get oriented.

Five month winter escape
This was our second year back to North Myrtle Beach at the Barefoot Resort. We connected with many friends we met last year and enjoyed every day. The first year we stayed 4 months this year we stayed 5 and maybe next year we can make it 6.

Nice Stay.... But Condo Needs some upgrades
Please know that we had a very nice stay! We thoroughly enjoyed Barefoot Resort and being close to Barefoot Landing. There were a couple of things that I would recommend... Also, I want to mention that the Owner Direct Team couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful at key pickup and answering questions before our arrival.

First, we were greeted by a dead frog when we opened the door to the condo...Also, there was another in the bathroom. We didn't see any others in the condo, otherwise I would have reported it.

Second, the light fixture in the master bathroom may need a new bulb. It was flickering. Again, it wasn't a huge concern so we didn't report it during out stay. We just removed it as the one bulb was sufficient.

I'd like to make the following recommendations...
In both bathrooms, it would be nice to have a place to hang towels or a robe. We went to Walmart and purchased 2 for about $2 each.

The TV's need to be upgraded! My kids brought their Playstation with them only to find out they couldnt connect it to the old Tube style TV in the second bedroom. I actually purchased a new TV with HDMI at Walmart so my boys could connect the PlayStation during our stay.

The couches may need to be replaced. The love seat had a cushion that appears to have a broken zipper. So, the insides would come out whenever we sat on it.

Again... I do want mention that we DID have a great stay! We didn't report any of the things above during our stay. I'm sure, however, the Owner Direct Team would have helped! Location is awesome! If some of the items above are addressed, I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Nice pet friendly condo!
It can be challenging to find a nice pet friendly condo but this one was great! Very comfortable. Barefoot is a great complex! Everyone we met there was friendly.

We know how much it means to bring your pet along and not have to worry about their care while you travel. The Havens in Barefoot Landing is a large residential complex with it's own central pool, but with access to the entire surrounding community and amenities, including golf courses, the marina, fine restaurants, great shopping, relaxing resort style pool, etc., etc. We hope that you found this to be a wonderful home away from home for your extended stay. Havens in Barefoot Landing
The Havens is located in a good location inside the Barefoot Landing resort area. The unit was in good shape. The kitchen was not as stocked as others I have stayed at (very few forks, spoons, etc) and some dishes were put away dirty. We also found a lot of hair in the bathroom and in the carpet. But, overall it was a good place to stay.

A visit in August
My husband and I stayed in this unit and were very happy with the accommodations. The unit was very clean and the VRBO staff very nice and professional. Being able to have our dogs there was wonderful and there is ample green space for them to walk.
