This 2nd floor condo (NO Elevator) is a cozy 2 bedroom/2 bath. The interior space is well decorated, offers great views with a bright airy feel and high vaulted ceilings. There is a "visual" fireplace but non-working. Bedrooms are really large suites with King bed in the master and King bed in the guest room. Relax in thoughfully furnished rooms including flat screen tv's, with a large open style kitchen and remodeled bathrooms. Double vanity in the master bath, with seperate area for toilet, tub, shower. The guest room offers great "woodsy" window views and a private bathroom en-suite space for vanity and tub/shower occupancy.
Prepare delicious meals, with the fully stocked essentials, and enjoy comfortable seating for six, around the table. After dinner, toast each other with a glass of wine on the deck, overlooking the pond and planning the next day's golf at one of the the hundreds of local courses. In NMB, Barefoot Landing brings Broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues & over 100 shops and restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover since 2019 to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries.
