Golden Wedding Anniversary Trip
Our anniversary trip could not have been any more wonderful. There were 6 adults and 2 9 year old boys in the condo. It was everything it was advertised to be. The view was spectacular from the 15th floor balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked as it should have. The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. There were lots of beach accessories in the storage closet that we were not expecting. The wifi worked great and accommodated all the devices without a problem. Parking was easy and the air conditioned walkway from the parking garage to the condo was much appreciated. There were plenty of carts available to help with loading and unloading our cars. The pool, hot tub and lazy river were enjoyed by all. It was easy to navigate to the many attractions that were nearby. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again for our next trip to North Myrtle beach. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo.

Great condo
We have been staying at this NMB location for 15 years and this was our 2nd stay at this condo which we sought out after last year’s stay. Its very comfortable and clean and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking for family. As previously noted, just the right amount of furniture/seating and not a lot of knick knacks so no worries about things getting knocked over/broken. Mgt company staff is very helpful and easy to work with re: getting in and leaving condo. Another great stay at on outstanding condo!

Lovely Spot - Would love to return!
Wow, this was an ideal experience!! My husband, daughter and I had never been to the beach as a family or rented a space like this before and we were nervous of how the whole situation would go. We arrived with some friends after check in had ended, but the staff on-call option was easy and wonderful! The location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the view is incredible(especially at sunrise), the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and bakeware. It was such a great experience. I want y’all to experience it, but also want to gatekeep it so we can come back! �� Just book it already!! ☺️

Great rental unit!
Wonderful condo. Great layout and plenty of room for our family. Very comfortable sofa. Beautiful ocean views, especially with the big side window in addition to the great balcony. Unit and entire resort were both clean and well maintained. Amenities very good. Would highly recommend this unit! The only suggestion would be to have more than one trash bag and one toilet paper roll per bathroom.

Excellent Stay
Second year in a row staying in this unit, third year in this building. Convenient location and excellent amenities. The unit is beautifully decorated, clean, and well maintained. Both years, we have had to submit requests for minor maintenance issues (that did not affect the quality of our stay). Each time, the rental company responded very politely and resolved the problem within 24 hours. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and lazy river every single day. The showers coming in off the beach are very nicely set up. We stepped out for a variety of activities in the area each night. Overall, a great experience every year! Thank you!

Great Views
The rental was great. There were some missed cleaning spots but overall clean. Day following check-in the fridge temp reached 65, freezer temp reached 53. No response from emergency number.

Excellent Stay
My family had a wonderful time in this condo! There were 9 of us, and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The condo was wonderful, and highly recommend it. There were carts available for move in/out, which helped immensely. We had 2 older relatives with limited mobility, and it was easy for them to get around the complex.

Condo was Great... but would not book again
The condo its self was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The building (exterior, elevators, pool) were unkept and definitely not up to par with the condo interior. No bugs though! The part that was horrible was the check in and out process. At check in, the young girl who gave us the binder and keys was rude and uninterested in making sure we were comfortable with the incredibly full binder of all of the DOs and DON'Ts of this property. She even sighed after I asked her a question like I was interrupting her. The whole check in and check out is too much (we are way to used to hotels and the ease they allow this process). We had an experience with our window leaking and the office person said, "it happens when it rains & they all need to be replaced" ... just tons of unprofessionalism & lack of hospitality from the front office is the reason we will not book with this company again. HOWEVER, Tracy & Leila were both great in the reservation phase & Leila was kind during check out.

Please accept our apology and consider the positives that you experienced with our other staff members as a reason to come back, not to mention, this great Windy Hill Dunes condo that you enjoyed! We do have a very thorough check-in process but it's also meant to give guests a personal experience at a time when many places are just on-line, no-contact, and call centers. 2020 Litman vacation
Inside Condo Was nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. Mattresses needed turned and was sand in sheets before we even slept in it. Beach closet was well stocked with nice beach chairs.
Only issue is balcony was very small. Not able to a accommodate the entire family together.

Thank you for the detailed review. We are delighted for the positive remarks but certainly alarmed by the negative issue of sandy sheets. We offer 2 phone numbers at check in for housekeeping and maintenance issues that arise once you settle into the unit and then we will gladly send the appropriate department out to remedy any problem. This condo is well maintained personally by the owner and all the best vacation comforts are provided. The Windy Hill Dunes complex is popular for it's great amenities and location, too. The balcony does offer dining/seating for 4 around the table, but that is all the space safely allows. We hope you will spread the good news about your beach trip and recommend this condo to more friends and family.

One great Vacation
Loved the Condo. There were 10 of us and 4 bedrooms and we were not cramped. The area around us was wonderful! The parking with the connecting bridge to the condo was such a relief not to have to cross the street. There was very little congestion around the condo and was quiet.

The North Myrtle Beach area is only approximately 10 miles of the total Grand Strand, so there is always something to do for everyone in a large family group, from mini golf, to dining, shopping, and entertainment venues. Great condo!
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was a perfect fit for the twelve of us. We had a wide variety of ages from 9 mos up to 56. The kitchen was absolutely one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever seen. The bedroom situation fit our needs perfectly. We were there with other family members who stayed in other units. It was the perfect place. The views were wonderful. We spent every morning out on the balcony. Windy Hill Dunes was a very clean establishment. Our condo was clean and well maintained as well. There was great customer service. Check-in was easy. Check out was easy. The local restaurants were great and were only two or three blocks away. We were very pleased. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

You certainly picked a great condo that is well-loved and well-appointed by the the owner, so we, at ODVR, can only take a little bit of credit for making your beach experience wonderful. This property is well designed with all of the comforts of home but with an added bonus -- an end unit 15th floor view that will WOW! Windy Hill Dunes is an outstanding complex that offers guest a true ocean front resort feel. There is a gym and pool and lazy river, not to mention the beautiful beaches of Windy Hill. Family Vacation 2018
This condo was very nicely decorated and extremely roomy. We had 6 adults, three children and a baby. The kitchen was well equipped. The access to the beach was very convenient. The view from the dining room was great. We got to see birds fly by at eye level. The only complaint was that the staff of the condo complex were not friendly at all. Signs were up everywhere with rules and regulations. Guest were treated with suspicion instead of welcome.

The owner has impeccable taste and the decorative touches really add to the feeling of a dreamy beach escape -- especially with the views from this 15th floor gem. The complex is centered in the heart of Windy Hill beach, so everything that NMB has to offer is within a 5-10 minute drive, tops! The HOA, on the Windy Hill Dunes complex grounds, does do a wonderful job of keeping things clean, well-maintained, and enforcing necessary rules for the comfort and concern of all guests, but we have never had a guest complaint about them being over zealous. We do welcome you to be our guest again.

Beautifully furnished 4br Oceanfront Condo
Its abvious great care and thought was taken in decorating and furnishing this condo. I came with family that included 6 adults and 3 kids 2,4 & 8 yo. Plenty of room and we could all lounge in living room on super comfy setonal. Beds were comfortable and the views from 15 fl were great and still hear ocean. Pelicans flew at eye level which was a real treat. Pool, lazy river and hot tub were always clean and though we went week of 6/16/18 not over crowded. Easy access to beach. Carts are available to help bring belongings from parking deck across the street or 20 min loading at bottom of building. A tv remote was missing in master bedroom and mgt company had someone there within 2 hours of call to provide and program new remote. She was super friendly too.

Spacious and Comfortable with Great views!
We had a fantastic time! We love Windy Hill Dunes and stay here often in NMB. This unit was great for our family. Fantastic ocean and beach views up and down the coast, comfortable furniture that fit everyone for relaxing when not enjoying the sun. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and nicely updated. The pools are well taken care of and were always at a great temp for cooling off but not catching a chill. The property overall is well maintained and we felt at home. The location is great - we went both North to Little River and down south MB for dinners and activities and this feels right in the middle of it all.

There were some storms during our stay, but a rainy day at the beach is better than a sunny one at work :). The condo was beautiful - loved the decor. Had an amazing time with family. Would love to come back again.

Best Vacation Ever!!

Wonderful Vacation Stay
This is a beautiful condo with lovely furnishings. Each room was decorated with a "beachy" feel that made us feel like we were in a very high end resort. We had everything we needed with plenty of dishes and utensils for the eight of us. The rooms were all a great size. We really appreciated having access to beach umbrellas and chairs. It was a perfect place for our family vacation and we would certainly plan to stay here again! The pool and lazy river were enjoyed by all and even though we were there at the height of the summer season they were not too crowded. The location was very convenient to Pirate's Voyage, putt-putt, golf, restaurants and other fun attractions. We enjoyed them all! I would highly recommend this condo!!

WOW Karen what can I more can I say! You are absolutely correct, this is an amazing condo and it has everything you will need for a wonderful vacation. Windy Hill Dunes #1501 owner has thought of everything and they take great pride in sharing their lovely condo with their guests. They want you to Experience the sunrise from this 15th floor end unit. Oceanfront balcony offers expansive views of the beach from the master bedroom and living room. There are 5 flat screen TVs in this condo - 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room. There is also free Wi-Fi. Includes a fully renovated kitchen with new marble tiling, stainless steel appliances, deep farm sink and resurfaced cabinets. The living room boasts new paint, lazy boy sectional couch with sleeper sofa and 55” curved smart TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime. They have Updated & equipped, the kitchen is stocked with dishware, glassware, pots & pans, Kuerig coffee maker & everything you'll need for cooking and dining in. Granite counter tops, full sized appliances, and washer/ dryer round out the kitchen area and offer convenience and ease of operation. The bathrooms have recently been upgraded with new counter tops and paint throughout. All the bedrooms have also been painted and furnished with new bedding; pictures reflect the change.
